Terrible experience. I splurged on my birthday to get $70 dollar pedicure and $70 full set. When I got my full set done, I showed her a picture of the ombré nails I wanted. She said she refused to do it because “it would look bad.” I said alright and decided to get a French tip almond with the same red color. When she asked how long I wanted, I pointed to the length and she exclaimed “THAT long???” Refer to the photo to see how long my nails were to elicit such a response 😕. She sped through the mani pedi process. There was none of the usual foot scrubbing and care that’s given when you go for a salon experience. The water for the pedicure was cold and I had to ask her to warm it up. She literally didn’t even have me wash my hands before my manicure! When she was done, I asked if it was safe to put my shoes on with my gel pedicure. She covered my toes in plastic and sent me on my way. When I got home and took my shoes off my nails were RUINED. I had to go back the next day to get them fixed. They had me sit under a UV lamp to cure my nails the next day which they completely skipped the first time around. When I came back the next day there was also one of the employees demanding a receipt that they never gave initially before one of the ladies working there relented and redid both of my feet. TERRIBLE experience. Overpriced for a trash job. My pedicure is chipping days later when it usually lasts me weeks. Pathetic.

Update: it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve lost almost all of my nails ok fine. I started to feel horrible pain and burning under my pinky nail acrylic. I tried to soak it off using acetone but it wouldn’t budge. I decided to just wait it out and hope it comes off on its own. Eventually it got to the point where it had almost fallen off so I give it the extra little tug that it needs despite the excruciating pain. Half of my nail bed got taken with the nail. I have literally NEVER had this happen with acrylics before. I don’t know if it was cheap glue or just a poor application but do NOT go...

Unsanitary salon, unprofessional and incompetent nail technicians! I am still in shock.

I showed the nail tech a very simple design (french and some lines) and he was confident he could do it. I didn’t doubt him because all the salons I have been to could easily do similar designs. He started working on my nails. He was over filing and using rusty tools which made me uncomfortable.

He then did the base coat and all of a sudden he asked me if I want to come back for the design. I couldn’t believe it. When I said no, he started asking the others and non of them could do it. Then all of them surrounded me and he started doing some sort of paint. I knew he was just experimenting so I asked him to stop. He started talking about how his staff who can do designs had to leave early. How am I supposed to know that? He just wanted my money and couldn’t say he can’t do it when i showed him before he started. So dishonest!!!

No one should ever go to this salon. There are so many nice places out there. I can’t believe how they are still in business.

I should have known what I was getting into when I saw the unhappy customer sitting next to me. The nail tech was not able to design a simple heart and was trying multiple times which frustrated her. She asked him to stop and asked if anyone could help. Non of them could. She asked him to cut and reshape the nails. He couldn’t do that either so my nail tech had to go fix it for her without asking if I was ok with it. I had to sit and wait for him to come back and tell me he is not able to finish mine!!

In short, this place is a scam!! Don’t waste your...

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I already know most nail shops struggle with intricate designs, so I intentionally went for the most basic thing ever, a French tip on both my toes and nails. When I sat down for my pedicure, I told the tech I wanted a simple square shape, no rounded edges, because my natural toenails are already square. She immediately said she couldn’t do it and caught an attitude.

The floor manager came over and said she’d check with other techs, but the original lady started ranting in her language. Another tech came to “look” at my toes, so I assumed she was taking over, turns out she was just being nosy, because she said she couldn’t do it either. At this point I felt uncomfortable, like I had done something wrong by asking for a square shape.

Finally, a male tech with earrings stepped in and said he could help me. He finished my toes just fine. Then the floor manager asked what design I wanted for my nails. I showed her a basic French tip, and she told me no one there could do it. I couldn’t believe it. French tips are one of the simplest, most classic nail designs out there.

I felt unwelcome. Whether they truly couldn’t do a French tip or just didn’t want to help me, I’ll never know. Either way, I won’t be going back.

P.S. The first nail tech didn’t even scrub my feet or give me the spa treatment I paid for—but hey, I guess that’s...

When I say worst experience I’ve ever had I mean it don’t even bother wasting ur time and money here. I knew going into a salon it’s difficult for them to do dramatic designs so I walked in wanting a simple SHORT French tips. Mai told me 80 dollars I thought that was a bit much especially for what I was asking for but I ignored it and went thru with the service. The entire time she’s shaping the nails they were uneven on every finger and the polish looked really lumpy and thick, I would keep correcting her and Mai began to say “don’t worry to much about the shape no one pays that much attention to the hands anyway” that threw me so off but I ignored it again. I realize she’s abt to start the French design but hasn’t even cleaning my cuticles so then I said how are u abt to charge me 80 dollars and not clean my cuticles. She then says it’s extra charge and I got upset at that and js told her to take them off cause they looked so horrible. She started giving me attitude so I asked for her name and managers phone number her and the rest of the nail techs would refuse to give it. Basically all I’m saying is I very much do NOT recommend this place.

Though my tech was kind…she wasn’t great at pedicures. My feet looked better before my pedicure. Many of the technicians walked past and looked in dismay but not one said a word to my tech. I did speak to someone about how dry and flaky my skin was and she told me to put Vaseline on my feet 🤦🏾‍♀️… I told her given I wasn’t ashy when I arrived and no other place on my body, it’s safe to say I know how to moisturize my skin. Though my original tech fixed some of issue pictured, paying $55 (+ a cash tip) for a spa pedicure that left my skin dry itch and flaky was a gross misuse of my time and money. This was the first and absolute last time I’m coming here for a pedicure.
