Terrible experience. I splurged on my birthday to get $70 dollar pedicure and $70 full set. When I got my full set done, I showed her a picture of the ombrĂŠ nails I wanted. She said she refused to do it because âit would look bad.â I said alright and decided to get a French tip almond with the same red color. When she asked how long I wanted, I pointed to the length and she exclaimed âTHAT long???â Refer to the photo to see how long my nails were to elicit such a response đ. She sped through the mani pedi process. There was none of the usual foot scrubbing and care thatâs given when you go for a salon experience. The water for the pedicure was cold and I had to ask her to warm it up. She literally didnât even have me wash my hands before my manicure! When she was done, I asked if it was safe to put my shoes on with my gel pedicure. She covered my toes in plastic and sent me on my way. When I got home and took my shoes off my nails were RUINED. I had to go back the next day to get them fixed. They had me sit under a UV lamp to cure my nails the next day which they completely skipped the first time around. When I came back the next day there was also one of the employees demanding a receipt that they never gave initially before one of the ladies working there relented and redid both of my feet. TERRIBLE experience. Overpriced for a trash job. My pedicure is chipping days later when it usually lasts me weeks. Pathetic.
Update: itâs been 2 weeks and Iâve lost almost all of my nails ok fine. I started to feel horrible pain and burning under my pinky nail acrylic. I tried to soak it off using acetone but it wouldnât budge. I decided to just wait it out and hope it comes off on its own. Eventually it got to the point where it had almost fallen off so I give it the extra little tug that it needs despite the excruciating pain. Half of my nail bed got taken with the nail. I have literally NEVER had this happen with acrylics before. I donât know if it was cheap glue or just a poor application but do NOT go...

Unsanitary salon, unprofessional and incompetent nail technicians! I am still in shock.
I showed the nail tech a very simple design (french and some lines) and he was confident he could do it. I didnât doubt him because all the salons I have been to could easily do similar designs. He started working on my nails. He was over filing and using rusty tools which made me uncomfortable.
He then did the base coat and all of a sudden he asked me if I want to come back for the design. I couldnât believe it. When I said no, he started asking the others and non of them could do it. Then all of them surrounded me and he started doing some sort of paint. I knew he was just experimenting so I asked him to stop. He started talking about how his staff who can do designs had to leave early. How am I supposed to know that? He just wanted my money and couldnât say he canât do it when i showed him before he started. So dishonest!!!
No one should ever go to this salon. There are so many nice places out there. I canât believe how they are still in business.
I should have known what I was getting into when I saw the unhappy customer sitting next to me. The nail tech was not able to design a simple heart and was trying multiple times which frustrated her. She asked him to stop and asked if anyone could help. Non of them could. She asked him to cut and reshape the nails. He couldnât do that either so my nail tech had to go fix it for her without asking if I was ok with it. I had to sit and wait for him to come back and tell me he is not able to finish mine!!
In short, this place is a scam!! Donât waste your...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I already know most nail shops struggle with intricate designs, so I intentionally went for the most basic thing ever, a French tip on both my toes and nails. When I sat down for my pedicure, I told the tech I wanted a simple square shape, no rounded edges, because my natural toenails are already square. She immediately said she couldnât do it and caught an attitude.
The floor manager came over and said sheâd check with other techs, but the original lady started ranting in her language. Another tech came to âlookâ at my toes, so I assumed she was taking over, turns out she was just being nosy, because she said she couldnât do it either. At this point I felt uncomfortable, like I had done something wrong by asking for a square shape.
Finally, a male tech with earrings stepped in and said he could help me. He finished my toes just fine. Then the floor manager asked what design I wanted for my nails. I showed her a basic French tip, and she told me no one there could do it. I couldnât believe it. French tips are one of the simplest, most classic nail designs out there.
I felt unwelcome. Whether they truly couldnât do a French tip or just didnât want to help me, Iâll never know. Either way, I wonât be going back.
P.S. The first nail tech didnât even scrub my feet or give me the spa treatment I paid forâbut hey, I guess thatâs...
