I came to tysons corner Hollister store to buy a gift for my children, bad experience and unprofessional manager scary!! I am glad I can shop online!! I will never shop at this store!! I picked the clothes and headed to the cashier, she did not greet me when I came to the checkout. And here is the worse part upon purchasing my items she did NOT say "Thank You." This is unheard of customers are thanked everywhere!! The sad part is the counter person named Zen threw things in a bag, did not fold the clothes I bought...!! she has so much attitude and was rolling her eyes for the customer and is so self centered!!! she did not even "get" what I was saying, nor did she even acknowledge me or give me any eye contact. The sad part is I told the manager named FRED and he was EXTREMELY rude and making jokes saying 'do you want me to wrap it haha' and he said she doesn't have to give you her name because she is not full time "I was shocked! I never experience this kind of service in my life!!! I live in Tysons for many years but never seen this kind of management!!! Very rude manager and unprofessional!! Read moreI was very impressed with my recent experience at Hollister. The store was neat, clean, and smelled nice. I was browsing, and a nice younger man named Fayaaz approached me and assisted me with finding sizes and answering questions. I am very picky about jeans, as well as very cheap, but Fayaaz helped me pick out a style that was perfect. I bought 4 pairs, plus a few Polo shirts because they were on sale. I signed up for their rewards program and received a coupon recently, and I plan on going back. Hopefully when I return Fayaaz is there, and I hope his superiors know that his positive attitude and friendliness towards customers has gained them a new loyal customer. Thanks...

They refused the return, although they acknowledged there was no damage to the dress. They were rude and disdainful, picking up the dress with their fingertips as if it were dirty. The receipt said the dress could be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, which it was. Rip-off. If the lines are going to be too long for people to use the fitting rooms, and they refuse returns when people try it on at home, there is no benefit to pay twice as much to purchase in store.
