If I could give this store a 0 I would! I understand being overwhelmed from the busy homecoming season. However, that does not give them the right to be disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. My daughter went to purchase her dress for homecoming. She found one she really liked but needed a different size. She got another dress just in case her dress did not arrive on time. I had a 15% discount to use on my purchase and they wanted to separate my transaction and not apply my discount to the full purchase. They also wanted to apply the discount only to the least expensive item I was buying in store. My daughter's friend who also went to buy her dress was told that she could not use her discount at all even though she had it. They stated that all purchases were final sale and could not return anything. I asked about the online purchase because that was a dress that my daughter had not tried on yet. They They were rude with their response. They had no desire to help any of the customers there. They had a very negative attitude when asked any questions.    Read moreThe absolute worst and rudest customer service. I understand it was during prom season on an early Friday afternoon (between 1-2 pm). My daughter had 4 items and before she or I could open our mouths and ask for a dressing room, we were told at a very high volume âyou can only take 3 items and if you need to change a size you need to come out and get back in lineâ. I looked around bc I just knew she wasnât talking to me, a grown woman with that tone?? Also, there was no line. But yes, she was. So I asked, Iâm sorry âexcuse me? So she repeated the statement, to which I told my daughter âok go ahead with 3â. I stood outside of the dressing room waiting to see my daughter in her dress and within a minute another person comes shouting that âif you are a parent waiting for your daughter outside of the dressing please step inside or outside bc you are a fire hazard!â This was the most passive aggressive shopping experience Iâve ever had. After my daughter tried on her dresses she felt so uncomfortable at this location that we decided to drive to Fair Oaks and ultimately order online. The girls in front of us rang the doorbell at 1:10. They could see a worker inside. She came to the door screaming like a crazy person throwing her arms. She said she was on the phone with her boss. Couldnt let us in till the problem was solved. Yelling this too us. After she was on the phone for 10 mins. She comes back to the door. Rips the paper off that was taped. Smacks the new paper on. It now reads she cant open until 2pm. This woman was extremely unprofessional. You really need to watch your tape for that day. We drove over an hour to come to this store to experience that. Needless to say we didnt stay till 2pm. Wasn't sure if the store would really open or not. I understand having technical difficulties but the way she treated your customers...
