This is my experience with Compass agent Robert “Bobby” Macik: We were asked to sign an exclusivity agreement before submitting an offer, which was not even considered. He told us that the exclusivity agreement was only required to submit the first offer and that we could cancel it at any time. Despite that, he made things unnecessarily complicated because he didn’t want to respect our decision to stop working with him and he didn’t want to cancel the agreement.
