Bell is really sweet and does exactly what I need. I loved coming to her and would drive an 1hr 30 minutes just to see her, but the past two times I tried to make appointments it’s been just a bit troublesome for me. The first time I made an appointment and gave my deposit and confirmed my appointment. I go to my appointment and they said it didn’t exist and said it was because I didn’t send my deposit. I showed them that I did send it and then proceeded to tell me that it was because I didn’t let them know I sent it. I said okay that’s fine, a small mistake and they still took me in regardless so I appreciated that. Then I tried to make another appointment a few months later and asked if there was something during the week. They texted me saying yes 12:30 same day. I didn’t see it until an hour later and agreed to the appointment and told them I sent the deposit. About an hour later they said they didn’t have that appointment anymore. I said that’s fine any soonest appointment time they had would be fine. I didn’t get a response, I text them the next day and say can I confirm an appointment please since I sent the deposit. They respond with, please give your last name so I can confirm you sent the deposit. I give them my last name and emails just in case. I hear nothing again for a couple hours and text again because I’m just worried the same thing will happen like last time. She then apologized and says they can’t make last minute appointments which I wasn’t asking for anymore and asked me again for my last name even though I just gave it to her. I’m not sure if it’s because she’s just really busy now but I never had appointment making issues before until the last couple times I tried to book. It was just frustrating to see that my messages were clearly not being read and weird that they ask to confirm the deposit before the appointment time was even made? Posting my honest review and experience with Mimo Aesthetics since October 2023!

Having acne since 8 years old has always been a struggle for me. Growing up adults comforted me, saying it gets better the older you get. Well, I hit my 30’s and it’s not better. Around that time I became acquainted with Korean skincare and the elite treatments that you can only receive when traveling to South Korea. Curious to see if anything like that exists here in Los Angeles, I came across Mimo Aesthetics social media and decided I will invest in myself and my skin, I had ENOUGH of adult acne. The first year (every other month) I had the premium Skin Pen treatments, which uses micro-needling with the added bonus of Rejuran (salmon sperm DNA) along with other hydronic acid treatments. OMG Old acne scars began to resurface and I can see myself skin thickening from the added collagen! After the year of micro-needling treatments I was ready to try her other treatments- the Cool Peel Laser, her Rejuran treatment, and finally the Ultherapy Prime. My face GLOWS with the cool peel laser, I have never experienced anything like this! Had two sessions and I have people telling me, pizza face Tania (you can thank my middle school bully for that one), that I have great skin? Floored.
