Mustang Bar — Restaurant in Northbridge

Racists! If they can assume I am a lair I can assume they are racists! If you are not a blonde with the blue eyes, avoid going there, unless you don't mind been mistreated! Went there to watch the World Cup match, because I did got a voucher which no one wanted on a big agency group, just before the kick of start, after the anthem and all, they changed to another match. Didn't understand and asked why, was told someone asked, at the interval the other game was already defined 4x1 so I asked if they could put the game was on in the beginning before they changed it, was told that if they do it people would complain.. So when the blonde guy with the blue eyes ask, they don't care about the darker people with brown hair and eyes but care to much about the white ones. But it was not the worst, the really bad came just after the game when I went to spend on my voucher, which was supposed to be a 50 dollar voucher in which I had spend only 13 dollars, I was told I had spend it already. I told them it was a mistake because I had bought only a 13 dollar bear. The response was that I was lying because there were only two possibilities (which could actually be the case if they had a better system and instead the voucher been some numbers they need to press on the cashier they had one where the voucher is a QR or bar cod to be scanned), or I did spend that or I gave my voucher to someone else to do so (it was only me and my wife there and we didn't know anyone there), I am a lair in they're heads, that's the only possibility, what is not true, because there are four possibilities, the two where I am a lair, one where they are lairs and that is not really a 50 dollars voucher but a trap to attract people there and the most probably one in which someone in they're staff did make a mistake and pressed a wrong number when another client went to spend they're voucher and did spend someone else drinks in my voucher. But they could not even consider it, they assume I an a lair for sure, what is not the case! The dark people must be criminals!? Shame on you Mustang Bar and specially...

Never met such disrespectful security guards in my life!!!!

My mother has Parkinson Disease and can’t walk. Security guards tried to kick her out for being too intoxicated. She was completely sober!! When we tried to explain to the security guards her disability, they said that she had too much to drink! We explained to the security guards multiple times that she has a disability and can’t walk properly and she is sober. It was absolutely disgusting behaviour from the security guards!! Ive never seen such medical discrimination in my life! The female security guard with short Karen hair needs to be sacked!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from her!! We told her repeatedly that my mum has parkinson’s disease and she said that she didn’t care! Ive never seen such poor treatment in my life, and I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing!! My mum left in tears. The absolutely worse experience i’ve ever had in my life. Trying to console my crying mother. Mustang bar should be absolutely ashamed of...

i'm absolutely disgusted with the bouncers of this bar. my friends and i had found a girl crying outside of this place and we had asked the bouncers for help, stating the dangers of being a woman alone. the bouncer at the front refused to help, rolled his eyes at me, saying that a man approaching her "wasn't the worst that could happen" and told me to "start a protest".

the fact that this man refused to help a crying girl whilst also being so incredibly rude to me and my four other friends proves to me that this bar does not care for its patrons. the least he could've done was protect this girl until she found her friend or look out for her, and he did not do even that. this is genuinely disgusting and awful, and i sincerely hope this man gets fired. this is the least sympathetic i've ever seen a person.
