The Garden — Restaurant in Yerevan

Horrible experience and terrible service, rude waitress!

Ask for a small glass of water to take my medicine and she told me “No you must by a bottle of water”

We asked again and said I only needed a small glass and not a large bottle, we asked why.

“BECAUSE! This is a restaurant!”

We paid a lot of money for our food and had ordered quite a bit including coffee.

The cherry on top is that they also charged us 10% service!

It’s very interesting that the good restaurants don’t include service because if the service is good you do this yourself! The bad ones include this!

The manager also did nothing to remedy the situation.

There are so many nice places to go in Armenia, I would advise you take your custom elsewhere.

AVOID...

I ordered a green salad and an ice tea. On the menu it was described that the salad wpuld come with sellery, fennel and beetroot. But none of it was in there. The portion was good and the dressing nice. The service was very bad: the woman didn't greet, just put the menu in a very harsh way on my table nor did she later on ask me what I want - juat stood there and looked at me in a very arrogant way. The worst was, that she slammed the bill on my table while I was still enjoying my drink.

Please note: there is another restaurant right next to it. They share their outside-space. There the guest seemed to be treated...

Fancy place with low quality food and fancy way of serving. The prices are too expensive for the food quality. We received burned burgers in the beginning, and that was changed into not eat able burgers with disgusting meat. The meat meal for 2 person was not better with hard meat that make pain in teeth after cheating it and very dry chicken. When we complained regarding this, the answer was "this is our food and that's the way it is" I do not advice anyone to eat there, simply they know nothing regarding...
