Standing Room Only — Restaurant in Western Australia

This is it. The holy grail of Perth fine coffee. This is the only cafe I have been to in Perth that delivers consistently premium coffee again and again. I haven't had the pleasure of tasting coffee this smooth in a very long time. The microfoam is dense, almost creamy and silky. It gives an invigorating, non-jittery punch which is strange considering the smoothness; often punch is accompanied by unwelcome bitterness which IMAHO grinds the pleasure trip to a standstill. Beans taste much like 5 Senses. Initially put off by absence of seating but regular line of waiting customers made me curious. Customer service incidentally also top notch. This is the only coffee shop (until I go to Amsterdam) that I can give my personal recommendation to for consistency, texture, and flavour. Well...
