Restaurant Review:
I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that specializes in all-you-can-eat ribs, served in a delectable Belgium style. Located in the heart of the city, this establishment offered a unique dining experience that left me with a satisfied palate and a full stomach.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with rustic wooden furnishings and dim lighting that created a warm ambiance. The staff members were friendly and attentive, promptly seating me and explaining the concept of the all-you-can-eat experience.
The star of the show, of course, was the ribs. The menu boasted a variety of flavors and cooking styles, all inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Belgium. From classic barbecue to tangy and sweet glazes, there was something to suit every taste preference. The ribs were cooked to perfection—tender and succulent, with the meat falling off the bone effortlessly. Each bite was a burst of smoky, savory goodness, complemented by the delightful combination of spices and seasonings. It was evident that the chefs took great care in selecting high-quality ingredients and ensuring that the flavors were well-balanced.
In addition to the ribs, the restaurant also offered a selection of delectable side dishes and accompaniments. The crispy and golden Belgian fries were a perfect match for the ribs, providing a satisfying crunch and a hint of saltiness. The coleslaw was fresh and tangy, offering a refreshing contrast to the richness of the meat. The menu also featured a variety of dipping sauces, ranging from traditional barbecue to spicy and tangy options, allowing diners to customize their dining experience.
The all-you-can-eat format provided a great opportunity to indulge in the ribs to your heart's content. The servers were attentive, regularly checking in to see if I wanted another round of ribs or if I needed anything else. The portions were generous, ensuring that even the heartiest of appetites would be satisfied.
One aspect that could be improved upon was the waiting time. As the restaurant gained popularity, it became quite busy during peak hours, resulting in longer wait times for a table. However, the attentive staff did their best to accommodate everyone promptly, and the quality of the food made up for any minor inconvenience.
Overall, my experience at this all-you-can-eat ribs restaurant, with a Belgium twist, was a delightful one. From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the mouthwatering ribs and delicious side dishes, it was a memorable dining experience. If you're a fan of ribs and enjoy the all-you-can-eat style of dining, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. Just be sure to come with a hearty appetite and prepare yourself for a truly...
Read moreI do NOT recommend if you are someone who likes very hygienic spaces. Not the first time I visit this restaurant and the first couple times, the food was good, the concept is nice if you are a big eater. (You get unlimited spareribs and potatoes for 2 hours) The first couple times I noticed that I was somewhat skeptical about the hygiene: the plates had grease marks, the cutlery looked like it wasn’t washed properly and the glasses just looked dirty. But this time was my final straw: we arrived at 20:00 as our reservation was at that time. We placed the order and 5 min later asked to change our order of 8 spareribs to 7 spareribs and 1 steak. We CLEARLY SAID they could bring the spareribs first if the steak wasn’t ready yet. So at this point it’s 20:15. Everybody around us gets served. We figure we’ll wait a bit more since we changed the order. 20:30 we are getting hungry and we ask the server again if they could bring the ribs first and not wait for the steak. Another 20 min pass and we are getting very hangry. So at this point it’s 20:50, and 5 of us finally get served. We had to wait for another 15 minutes before the 3 other people at our table got served. Keep in mind that the service is only 2 hours so we basically waited 1 hour for our food, while we CLEARLY said they could bring the food already when it was done. All the tables that came at the same time as us got served way earlier and were getting refills, so the cooking wasn’t a problem. This really frustrated me and I just hope they fix their communication issue.
Also, there were several pieces of aluminium foil in my potato while I was eating it. I understand they are cooked with the aluminium foil, but the amount of small pieces was just too much.
And we received a broken glass.
Hopefully you use this feedback to improve...

For € 15 you can eat as many spare ribs as you can handle and I've never been rushed out even when staying for hours.
One thing to know is that the first rib you get is always large and fresh but the ones after that are always smaller and less tender, older and drier. It's obvious but that said, it's still quality and a good value. The ribs are pre-coated with a sweet, dark sauce.
It also comes with a big, irresistible oven-baked potato containing a delicious, orange garlic butter-sauce. The potato is the surprising sidekick that everyone ends up raving about the most. The ribs are great but it wouldn't be the same without this magical potato. It too can be ordered as many times as you want, though it's a stomach-filler!
Atmosphere:
Walking in feels like walking into another era. The decoration looks like a library transformed into a restaurant. It is dark but moodily lit and the large space can fit many people. There is something dreamy about the place thanks to the slow 1930's music that plays without end.
Can be a bit chaotic and waiters seem a bit on edge. Service is hit or miss and if you're looking for a quiet place, this is not it.
