I'm so so happy I stopped by this amazing place! The reason I came was because I wanted to purchase my first ever pour over coffee maker and I saw many times that he place sells different ones. So I came on my day off and just looked at the options they had. Obviously I'm not an expert in making coffee at home but still I wanted to have it so I could make my own pour overs at home every morning. One of their employees reached me and helped me. Her name was Summer and she figured that I am still hesitating but I was gravitating towards one of their vintage looking pour overs - Curator. It just looked so unique and I wanted something different. Then, she put so much effort into finding the one I picked in their stock and even gave me an option (in case they don't have it) to pick it from another nearest location. But luckily it was their second last so I was so so happy! Yes it was pricey but again, it definitely will be with for ages! Summer was so friendly and made my visit just so memorable. She offered me to choose one of their cookies and I went for pistachio one. It was delicious!!! And then right I got another surprise and Summer made me a pour over. It was my first time seeing the process and trying it. Just made my whole experience and day so special....

I visited this location today after picking up some cookies with my sister earlier in the week. We absolutely loved the cookies we had that I made a trip to this location to pick up cookies for some Christmas gifts and for myself. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by Sharon. Sharon was amazing from the start. She found out what I needed and provided so many great recommendations. Besides just making me take her word on what she said, she allowed me to try the different items to truly understand her opinion on choices. She took the time to create every giftbox I needed and was very detail oriented, strategically choosing cookies that would match each giftbox. Her customer service skills are the best I have seen in a very long time and because of her patience today with my questions and making every box with such care, I will definitely visit again in the...

Look, I'm an absolute fan of Forno's baked goods. I spend on average ~$80/week consistently trying and buying friends their stuff between the union and the FCP location. They mark up everything, but hey it's toronto, it's the VIBEZ kids these days may say, and their pastries are an absolute delight.

But my goodness. The service is horrific. I'm being treated like my mother is mad at me for breaking my curfew.

I purchased 2 tiny pastires which came down to ~$10. I asked for them to be separated because of an allergy (one was for my partner). She fully ignored it and tried to jam them in 1 small bag. I asked her again and she got all annoyed....

Come on forno. These people you're hiring (this lady here and the other one at FCP) are single handedly ruining your brand. And if you read the reviews, I'm not the only one...
