Before I went to Colombia I did a research about local food, but I have not seen Trucha. We were told Trucha(trout) is a local and very traditonal food. I am glad I found this gem. I love fish and this is a great place to have a special one. We had a Trucha Marinera (trout with creamy/milky shripm sauce).
