Disappointment and Risk for Health!

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience really made me uncomfortable.

The staff here are generally unfriendly and look at you as if you’re bothering them. Honestly, I could forgive this because of the busy flow of people. But the real problem was the hygiene. I ordered ice cream in a waffle cone, and the server took the cone with her bare hands. I told her I didn’t want that one and asked to use a napkin for a new cone. She and her colleague looked confused, like they didn’t see any problem. After I explained again, the second server said they had no way to give cones without touching them with hands. At that point, I refused the cone and asked for a plastic cup instead.

Why not use gloves? Why should customers risk catching something from unwashed hands? For me, this shows disrespect to clients.

Also, the ice cream is not Italian at all. I have been to Rome and Milan, and real gelato tastes completely different.

And finally, they still give plastic spoons. It would be better to replace them with wooden or compostable ones to reduce the environmental impact.

Overall, I left disappointed and I...

We visited the outlet near Old Town. Had so much anticipation after reading the rave reviews online and seeing the long queues when we passed by earlier. The medium size at 109 koruna, there was an option of 3 different flavours. We had the blueberry lavender which tasted like medicine, salted caramel which was rather salty and strawberry which was ok. Noted the amount was not as generous as seen on Google reviews. Maybe the standard was inconsistent. What was certain was that the customer service was poor. Bc of the queue, the staff was just trying to move the line faster. There was no opportunity to try the flavours b4 ordering. The staff also never asked if we liked to have more than one flavour option for the medium size. When we informed her of our intention, she had already done in one flavor. Her response after that was unacceptable. She rolled her eyes and had the cheek to tell us she can't read our mind. Maybe it was a language problem or perhaps it could be an attitude problem. Anyway, what is sure is that we wont be back...

Yummiest ice cream in the city!

Without a doubt this is an amazing ice cream place in the heart of Old Town with a huge variety of flavours, all of them are great and delicious, you can't choose wrongly. If you are unsure which flavour you might want, ask the super friendly and welcoming staff to try, they will not say no to you! My ultimate favourite is the mango one, very thick and rich in flavour, almost like eating actual mango. Other mentionable flavours are: dark chocolate, salted caramel and tangy lemon. You can choose from different sizes, but even for ice cream lovers, like myself, the medium size is huge! Sometimes less is more. Other than ice cream, they serve cakes and coffee, which one can enjoy in nice little cozy indoor seating. Toilets are available inside as well.

Don't let the long lines discourage you, this is totally worth it (and believe me I have to stand in lines for anything) and you won't regret it, nothing better than to wander streets of Prague with tasty italian ice cream! Paid by card. Last visited in...

I visited this place after reading the positive reviews on Google Maps, and although I was initially a bit unsure, it truly exceeded my expectations, it was a fantastic experience! One of the best parts is the wide variety of flavors available, all served in delicious homemade cones. Each of us ordered completely different options, and every one was outstanding. I was especially thrilled to find salted chocolate, it was rich, perfectly balanced, and absolutely hit the spot. The hazelnuts, raspberry, dark chocolate with cherry and the lemon were also favorites in our group, each offering a refreshing and flavorful twist. A particularly sweet and thoughtful detail is that they offer free water, which is a lovely gesture, especially appreciated while enjoying ice cream. You can also sit inside in a cozy, clean space and enjoy your ice cream in comfort. Overall, the quality, taste, and atmosphere make it well worth the price. A must-visit for any ice cream lover!

Crème de la Crème is an absolute gem for ice cream lovers. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with a delightful ambiance that feels both modern and cozy, setting the perfect stage for an indulgent treat. The array of flavors is impressive, ranging from classic favorites to unique, adventurous options that cater to all taste preferences. Their commitment to quality is evident in every scoop; the ice cream is rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer suggestions or let you sample before making your final choice. The only minor drawback is that the place can get quite busy during peak hours, which sometimes leads to a bit of a wait. However, the experience is well worth it. Whether you're in the mood for a simple scoop or a more elaborate sundae, Crème de la Crème delivers with flair and flavor. It's a must-visit spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. A solid 4.5 stars!
