On 1st September 2025, I ordered a lunch menu from the Bolt app and waited for 2 hours, but I never received my food. I eventually got a refund from Bolt.
Again, I decided to order from this restaurant on 10th September 2025, this time choosing to pick up the food myself. I ordered a vegetarian lunch menu, but when I opened my order, guess what—I had butter chicken instead. 😔😔😔
I called the restaurant and explained the situation. I even sent them a message on their WhatsApp number. Later, I received a call from one of their staff members. He said, “Sorry, it was the chef’s mistake,” but added that they couldn’t do anything. The way he spoke showed he didn’t care at all. I then asked him to have his manager call me.
After that, he passed the phone to a person named Shubham. This person spoke calmly, understood the situation properly, and offered to help. But the first staff member’s attitude—“It’s the chef’s mistake, so what?”—was really disappointing.

While everyone else got their food and were done eating, we waited for over 45 minutes for ours, only to be told the order was forgotten. When the Lamb Biryani finally arrived, the mutton was dry and nearly inedible. We asked for more raita, were told “sure,” but never received it.
To top it off, they overcharged one of my friends, and she only realized it after carefully rechecking the bill. When she pointed it out, they did refund the extra charge — but this kind of mistake should not be happening in the first place.
