Started off great, then went slowly downhill from there.

We were met by a lovely server who brought us to an area of the restaurant where there wasn't yet anyone else sitting, and even brought us water for our dog. She took our orders, and we ordered a starter plus two pasta dishes.

After we ordered, an Italian family and an Italian man were seated in the same areas as us. Their ordered were taken.

The starter came after about 15 minutes, and we finished it about 15 minutes later. We then proceeded to wait ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES MORE for our food to arrive. What's worse, both the family and the man who were seated after us all got their food before us. The man had even eared and left before someone had even come to us to let us know our food was on the way.

To make matters worse, the Italian family next to us got the EXACT same dishes as us. They arrived after us and ordered after us, but their food came some 30-45 minutes before ours did. They were getting excellent service and chatting with the staff, while we were completely ignored after our starter came. Our female waitress was never to be seen again.

What makes this a 2-star review is that when we asked about our food, the male server (who was chatting with the other table) had nothing but excuses. He said oh we have a lot of orders, our kitchen is small, we're using risotto from Italy which takes 25 minutes to cook, etc etc etc (okay, but that ignores the fact that we've been waiting over an hour).

Brother, the right thing to do here is apologize, acknowledge that you're causing customers to wait an inordinate amount of time for their food, and make it right. I don't need to know how big your kitchen is. If you told me I would have to wait that long at the beginning, I would have never ordered the food.

They never gave us updates at all while we were waiting either. Honestly I think they just forgot our food. It would feel a lot better if they had just told us that.

The food tasted good! But we won't be back, and I can't recommend the restaurant. Work on those service recovery...

A fantastic jewel of a restaurant.

It is not very big in fact you may even walk by it if you are not careful. What it lacks in size it more than makes up in character and authenticity. The staff and owner obviously care about the service, quality and creating a truly authentic Sardianian experience for its guests.

To start off, we sampled their Costera wine with cheeses, olives and cuts of meet that all originate from Sardinia The wine was really in a league of its own as I was not too familiar with Sardinian wines and now I will actively seek it out. And then you have the main dishes. If you are not sure the staff can provide you with their recommendations based on what is currently on offer. My fiancee sampled the swordfish as a main and we were lucky enough to have been there for the special Florentine steaks - Bistecca alla Fiorentina. I have had many great meats in my time, but I was especially impressed by the tender, juicy, flavorful cut that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Combine it with the Costera you simply could not go wrong. My fiancee who loves fish was very impressed and happy with her choice. In addition, we also had the Burrata with Arrugala which was a nice addition.

Afterwards the owner came up to us to inquire if we were happy and a few moments later he surprised us with not 1 but 2 rounds of Sardinia desert liqueurs. Truth be told I do not remember the names of the two but I will say it was a very nice and unexpected gesture and we very much enjoyed them and felt like we were at home.

All in all this is a really wonderful restaurant well known and loved by the locals. If you are the type who enjoys a long evening with great wine, great food and warm hospitable atmosphere - this is a place worth...

First impression was very good, attentive waiter and very friendly. Once we received our meals the meat was very good but the pasta was undercooked (3 minutes before Al dente). When they asked how the food is, I informed the more junior waitress the pasta is undercooked. We only had had 3 bites of it at that time. She left immediately to the kitchen, so we expected she told someone who would return with some sort of apology or offer to amend the meal, from the kitchen or the main waiter. But no one returned to us. From then on also the main waiter did not check in anymore, like they were avoiding us. We felt uncomfortable about the lack of reaction to our feedback (so it felt like they took it badly) so we decided to not order dessert here.

We asked the waitress when she asked if we wanted dessert, if she gave our feedback on, and she confirmed and told us: “sorry again”. So clearly the kitchen and main waiter did not care about serving us undercooked pasta, did not want to offer to fix it, or any further amendments or did not take our feedback seriously.

To be clear we don’t blame the girl as she was clearly doing what she was told and was not making any decisions. She kept friendly.

Prices for the two meals and one starter are over 1500 koruna, with wine the bill was 2500, we would expect a service that reacts to negative feedback, if they ask: how is the food? - by offering to fixing the issue (even if we would then answer, don’t...

What you're getting here is not only exquisite cuisine, but the depth and knowledge of the connoisseur owners who have years of extensive experience in Sardinian foods and Milano seafood. We had the grilled seafood platter, raw seafood platter and both the eggplant and olive / tomato appetizers. For those who've enjoyed the the exceptional food at the finest restaurants, this is what you'll have here. Not only the seafood was surely the best you can find in the city, but it was absolutely cooked to perfection. Should you try these platters, among things they will take sea bass, octopus and calamari to an entirely new level. On top of all that, the owners and entire staff make you feel as if you're in their home. They're hospitable, warm and a joy to be around. We feel very fortunate to have had this experience. A big thank you to each of the owners and their entire staff.
