Loki Burgers — Restaurant in Prague

Got greeted by a super friendly lady at the front with a big smile – really lovely welcome. But sadly, that’s where the good stuff ended. • Burger meat: chewy, very average quality, honestly felt like it had been reheated. I’m a massive burger fan and I never leave one unfinished – but I left almost half the meat on the plate. • Bun: not fresh at all. • Salad: absolute rubbish. Looked old and dated, we didn’t even touch it ’cause of the health risk. Told the lady it was dated, but she argued and said the “dressing makes it sloshy.” Nah mate, that’s not dressing, that’s dodgy. • Kids fries: all brownish, looked like they’d come from the scraps of the potato, not the good bits. • Price: outrageously expensive for what you get. We’re from Sydney – one of the priciest cities around – and even compared to that, this was poor value. Low quality, high price = tourist trap.

So yeah – smiley service at the door, garbage-quality burger out the back. Big miss. Be aware before...

I came to this place together with my fiancee with big expectations, as we read the good reviews, mostly about the great service, but to our surprise, we had a terrible time there, it started from just getting an order which took about 20 minutes until a waiter came to get the order, and another 20 minutes for the order to be ready

The food was OK for me (just OK), but my fiancee just had one bite, and didn't like it, we expected them to maybe just ask why she didn't touch it, and maybe get a refund, but we have waited to get our check for over 45 minutes there.. so we just paid the full price and got out of there..

Our overall experience was terrible, and we will never come back, or recommend this place to anyone, unless you like being in a burger place for...

Had the Loki burger which was very tasty. Spicy mayo was delicious. Could have been cooked a little more, it looked a little underdone in my opinion. Fries were tasty and the chipotle sauce was very good. I was a little surprised that you had to pay extra for ketchup and other condiments. Waitress was all business and never asked if everything was ok. My biggest complaint was being prompted for a tip by the credit card machine. In my 4 days in Prague this was the first time that happened. I have always asked the server to add an amount to my bill. Reminds me of Canada where I am equally annoyed by...
