Petrin Tower Residence — Hotel in Prague

I stayed at Petrin Tower Apartment with my family of 6 for 3 nights in June 2023. Overall, I was not impressed with multiple things during our stay.

The apartment was clean when we arrived, but the cleaning lady came in every day to complain that our rooms were dirty. moreover, she did not bother to change our towels or clean our dust bins for the entire stay and just visit to make complains about how dirty our rooms were. They should clearly understand the difference between messy and dirty! Staying with 3 kids, your room naturally would be messier compared to staying with no kids.

We also had a problem with our airport transfer. We specifically asked for two taxis, but the lady at reception insisted on booking us a minivan for 50 euros. The minivan driver was very rude and refused to drop us at terminal 1 and dropped us (3 adults and 2 infants with all 8 suitcases, imagine our pain!) at terminal 2 as he had a pickup scheduled from there. We had to book another taxi at the last minute as he refused to take 6 adults and 3 infants with him. It was a total chaos, solely due to the apartment's receptionist.

The location of the apartment was good, and it was close to many tourist attractions. However, the service was poor, and I would not recommend this apartment to others.

Here are some suggestions for how Petrin Tower Apartment could improve their service:

Train their cleaning staff to be more professional and less critical of guests. Be more flexible with airport transfers and recommend guests to book two taxis if they have a large group. Hire more friendly and helpful drivers for their airport transfers....

Это худшая прокатная компания, которую я когда-либо видел в своей жизни. Они просто мошенники. Поудаляли часть нашей переписки🙈 Я пыталась забронировать квартиру вчера, нужно было сразу же дать данные своей карты. Я получила подтверждение бронирования, но на фотографии была совсем не моя квартира. И только после регистрации мне сказали, что я должна внести предоплату в размере 200 евро. Вчера и сегодня я переписывался с ними полдня, но они не предоставили мне реальных фотографий под разными предлогами. Вчера они не предоставили как распределяются комнаты клиентов у них один день в день и они не знают кто в какой комнате будет жить 🙈 Бред. Я вам сегодня перезвоню. Я снова переписывалась с ними. Но вместо ответов они говорили только о необходимости моей оплаты, в том числе и предоплаты. Потом сами предложили отменить регистрацию. После нашей переписки я решила отказаться. Они еще раз уточнили у меня про отмену, буду ли я это делать или нет. Я подтвердила. Деньги с моего капта на тот момент не были сняты. Я уже нашел и купил другие квартиры. Через 2 часа мне снова написали, приедете вы или нет, мы спишем деньги с вашей карты, которую я указал. И, конечно, деньги были списаны.....

Мне очень жаль, что я только сейчас прочитала кучу негативных отзывов и о том, как задаток под разными предлогами эта компания не вернула.

Я не рекомендую эту компанию никому и никогда. Но если кто-то хочет пожить в их квартирах сегодня, могу предоставить свою оплаченную комнату.

Das ist das schlechteste Vermietungsunternehmen, das ich in meinem ganzen Leben gesehen habe. Sie sind einfach nur Betrüger. Ich habe gestern versucht, eine Wohnung zu buchen, man muss sofort meine Kartendaten angeben. Ich habe eine Anmeldebestätigung erhalten, aber das Foto ist gar nicht meine Wohnung. Und erst nach der Anmeldung kam der Hinweis, dass man eine Vorauszahlung von 200 Euro leisten muss. Gestern und heute habe ich einen halben Tag lang mit ihnen korrespondiert, aber sie haben mir mit verschiedenen Ausreden keine echten Fotos zur Verfügung gestellt. Gestern haben sie nicht zur Verfügung gestellt, wie die Verteilung der Zimmer der Kunden haben sie einen Tag in den Tag und sie wissen nicht, wer in welchem Zimmer leben wird 🙈 Unsinn. Ich melde mich heute. Ich habe wieder mit ihnen korrespondiert. Aber statt Antworten haben sie nur über die Notwendigkeit meiner Zahlung gesprochen, einschließlich der Vorauszahlung. Dann haben sie selbst angeboten, die Anmeldung zu stornieren. Nach unserer Korrespondenz habe ich beschlossen, zu stornieren. Sie klärten mich noch einmal über die Stornierung auf, ob ich sie vornehmen würde oder nicht. Ich bestätigte. Das Geld von meinem Kapta wurde damals nicht abgehoben. Dabei hatte ich bereits andere Wohnungen gefunden und gekauft. Nach 2 Stunden schrieben sie mir wieder, ob Sie kommen oder nicht, wir werden das Geld von Ihrer Karte abbuchen, das ich angegeben hatte. Und natürlich wurde das Geld abgeschrieben....

Es tut mir sehr leid, dass ich gerade jetzt lesen Sie einen Haufen von negativen Bewertungen und wie die Kaution unter verschiedenen Vorwänden dieses Unternehmen nicht zurück.

Ich empfehle diese Firma niemandem und niemals. Aber wenn jemand in ihren Wohnungen heute bleiben will, kann ich Ihnen mein bezahltes...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk or tram ride from the city centre, making it incredibly easy to get around. The helpful information provided in the rooms made everything even more convenient.

The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed in a modern style. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need: double-glazed windows, air conditioning, essential heating, and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. There was also plenty of closet space with enough hangers for all our clothes.

Everything worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We were extremely happy with our stay and will most definitely be coming back. Highly...
