Koykan — Restaurant in Prague

I had the ćevapi flat-bread sandwich and left most of it. It wasn't disgusting as such, but I don't know how you can make such a sandwich so bland. The only really taste was the tzatziki, so the other fillings may as well have been left out, and the bread was far too thick and stodgy and not grilled enough.

For the price, this was really disappointing. If you want to keep ćevapi on the menu, I'd suggest cooking the bread until it's darker, losing all the slop inside except meat and onions and serving with ajvar and kajmak...
