Rather disappointing experience here. Good qualities: Staff were happy to accommodate my dietary requirements with ease Beautiful interior and initial ambience
Though this dissipated once the music stopped and never came back on, leaving my friend and I on one table and a group of 4 on another, sat in silence. Staff shouted through the restaurant at eachother a number of times, making a uncomfortable atmosphere.
We waited 45 minutes for two very simplistic pizzas (in regards to ingredients: vegetable with no cheese and a prosciutto pizza), my friend received their drink immediately, whereas I was left waiting 20 minutes to be given a beer. I'd like to make it clear that the restaurant was empty other than the two tables mentioned, with a further 6 outside.
The saving grace is that the pizzas tasted lovely, but even so they were soggy, wet, and in all honesty, not hot. To add to this, no staff came over the check on us during eating so how the food was.
To top it all off, we was waiting at the cashier desk for 10 minutes before being given our bills, which included a compulsory 10% tip! I should point out that 2 members of staff were sat behind us talking, and another two talking to eachother also, at the adjacent bar.
It's a shame that on this visit the negatives outweighed the positives. Based on this, we wouldn't recommend it...
Read moreIt was awful. If i could give a negative rating i would. I don’t even know how to explain how bad our experience was. First the food took a lot of time to come, but thats not the worst part. The prices are really expensive and the staff is mega rude. They were talking in italian all the time and we couldn‘t understand and then they messed up our order and gave it to another table. Even after that happened we were expected to pay 6 euros for service. We decided to not pay for the service because it was forced and not deserved tips so we left money only for our food. As we were leaving the restaurant the meanest and the most agressive waitress started literally shouting at us and she threw her tray on the table and started talking to the other waiter in italian. We couldn’t understand but it definitely sounded like a threat because of her tone. We were forced to pay for the awful service. After that we all got stomachaches. I am never going there ever again and I suggest...

We tried both the pizza and the spaghetti, and they were nothing short of excellent. The pizza had that perfect wood-fired crust—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—with rich, flavorful toppings that tasted like they came straight from Italy. The spaghetti was beautifully cooked al dente, coated in a deliciously balanced sauce that felt both comforting and refined.
What truly elevates the experience is the warm, personal touch of the family behind the business. You can taste the care in every bite. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Prague, this place is a delightful culinary escape to Italy. Highly...
