Lasagna was clumpy and not saucy. Slightly salty and over broiled. We found it dry and debated to not to take the leftovers with us. Instead we are going to buy a jar of marinara so we can eat it back at the hotel. Disappointingly The risotto is 100% made with medium or long grain rice and not short grain nor Arborio rice . It had a good flavor and was well cooked, but I’m shooketh that they don’t use short grain rice for a traditional risotto dish. The arribaiata was nice but not very sauces with a hint of spice and mellow flavors. We asked and They brought out extra pomodoro sauce for us which was appreciated. The best part was the pomodoro bruschette starter which came with 2 pieces for about $8. Vegetable soup was good too, tastes like it’s ready for lentils or barley (I enjoyed the rustic beefy veggie flavor with potatoes carrots and geeen beans).

What a surprise ! Normally I don’t stop in places so in the middle of the touristic spots but it was early, open and empty and the prizes won from the pizza maker shown outside did attract my attention. It was not an error the pizza was great looked like a napoletana but was more crunchy which was really nice. A light one with just tomato, cherry tomatoes and fresh burrata. Absolutely top and I am both Italian and pretty good in the kitchen, as well as very sensitive when too much salt or sugar has been used… so when I am happy it is usually pretty good. Service friendly and atmosphere really relaxed. Well done what a gem ! Update: prices are becoming high especially because of the 10% mandatory service. Also atmosphere inside is really not so good with strong cold lighting and sparse decoration. Still a good choice when you have enough of heavy CZ cousine

A genuine Italian restaurant. Atmosphere was a little lacking, maybe because it was mid-winter and everytime the door opened it let a huge draught of cold air in. However further inside the restaurant it is warm and cozy. My pizza was ok, not the best I've had, it was a little 'wet' in the middle, but I'm sure that's how it should be, it was delicious, not sure if the plate was cold, but mine went cold quickly. Beer was a only a little bit overpriced, but I guess it is in the main tourist area. Beware tho, the prices displayed outside DO NOT INCLUDE service and tax. Some restaurants do display them this one didnt. Service charge was 10% (Dec 2023) and tax 21%, I can recommend this restaurant as a genuine Italian restaurant using the best ingredients. Just get a seat not near the door in winter!!

Rather disappointing experience here. Good qualities: Staff were happy to accommodate my dietary requirements with ease Beautiful interior and initial ambience

Though this dissipated once the music stopped and never came back on, leaving my friend and I on one table and a group of 4 on another, sat in silence. Staff shouted through the restaurant at eachother a number of times, making a uncomfortable atmosphere.

We waited 45 minutes for two very simplistic pizzas (in regards to ingredients: vegetable with no cheese and a prosciutto pizza), my friend received their drink immediately, whereas I was left waiting 20 minutes to be given a beer. I'd like to make it clear that the restaurant was empty other than the two tables mentioned, with a further 6 outside.

The saving grace is that the pizzas tasted lovely, but even so they were soggy, wet, and in all honesty, not hot. To add to this, no staff came over the check on us during eating so how the food was.

To top it all off, we was waiting at the cashier desk for 10 minutes before being given our bills, which included a compulsory 10% tip! I should point out that 2 members of staff were sat behind us talking, and another two talking to eachother also, at the adjacent bar.

It's a shame that on this visit the negatives outweighed the positives. Based on this, we wouldn't recommend it...

It was awful. If i could give a negative rating i would. I don’t even know how to explain how bad our experience was. First the food took a lot of time to come, but thats not the worst part. The prices are really expensive and the staff is mega rude. They were talking in italian all the time and we couldn‘t understand and then they messed up our order and gave it to another table. Even after that happened we were expected to pay 6 euros for service. We decided to not pay for the service because it was forced and not deserved tips so we left money only for our food. As we were leaving the restaurant the meanest and the most agressive waitress started literally shouting at us and she threw her tray on the table and started talking to the other waiter in italian. We couldn’t understand but it definitely sounded like a threat because of her tone. We were forced to pay for the awful service. After that we all got stomachaches. I am never going there ever again and I suggest...

If you’re in Prague and craving authentic Italian cuisine, this charming family-run restaurant is a must-visit. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed with genuine hospitality that immediately makes you feel at home. It’s clear that the passion for food and tradition runs deep here.

We tried both the pizza and the spaghetti, and they were nothing short of excellent. The pizza had that perfect wood-fired crust—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—with rich, flavorful toppings that tasted like they came straight from Italy. The spaghetti was beautifully cooked al dente, coated in a deliciously balanced sauce that felt both comforting and refined.

What truly elevates the experience is the warm, personal touch of the family behind the business. You can taste the care in every bite. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Prague, this place is a delightful culinary escape to Italy. Highly...
