Prague Beer Museum — Restaurant in Prague

a staff included service charge without coustomer agreement.(10% over) i don't know it is pargue culture or not. honestly if he said service charge before paid, i would agree. But he did't never say. please every tourist (especiasly oversee tourist) should check bill receipt before pay. beer is okay. place is case by case (when i visit, very loudly because of some customers)

i will explain more. we visited your shop in prague with my friend's recommend last sunday.

i paid all amount as your staff's requirment about 674 CZ.

But we just ordered spicy food - 150 cz 7 beers - about 420 cz ( i calculated maximun cost, becasue almost of all not over 60 cz.) total account was 570cz; but your staff asked me 674cz without detail list. first time, i paid and went to my hotel. but after reaching my hotel, i recognized this is fault. so i visited again your shop, but your staff said my friend ordered 84 cz beer & remain cost is survice charge. and he said, if we don't want to give him service charge, he would return money. And he threw some coin on the table (20 cz or 50cz). at that time i don't want to make any problem while visiting another country. (we are visitors)

if you didn't know about service charge in your shop, please check your staff and educate him.

100cz is small money but it remain our memory like...

Delicious pints and a lovely bartender who was very welcoming for our final pints in Prague. However - the owner walked in and chastised his bartender in front of all the customers. Very unprofessional on the owners part and it totally brought down the vibe. The owner looked around, I don’t know for what, but left unnecessarily exasperated, almost as if he was putting on a performance for everyone to show us all that he was “the BIG boss”. He then proceeded to put the front door on the latch, thus letting a horrible draft circulate through the bar. As someone who has worked in the industry for 15 years, it’s a wonder why an owner would treat their staff like dirt in front of the customers that are keeping their business afloat. Stayed in a hotel in Prague right opposite this pub, so thought we'd have a few!

The beer was ok, good french fries, but the service was terrible. bartender made me feel dumb for asking questions, like what’s the size difference in fries, should we pay before or after, which cider does he prefer…

My mates and i were surprised that every answer was “uh i don’t know” or the answer to the fries was like “well it’s 500grams” which it says right on the menu… not super helpful or kind in any way.

Worth a visit, but I wouldn't be...
