We found the place by accident and we loved it. Nice garden and great service. We didn’t try the food, only had coffee. Great for going with a baby. - Allergens: they had plant-based milk options - Atmosphere: the outdoor part is now turned into a tennis-themed exhibition which was a nice addition. The whole design felt like we are visiting a small tournament - Service: our waitress was very nice and considerate. There was only a 4 seat table available but she separated the tables and brought it more in the shade as she saw we were with a baby. We didn’t even have to ask. - Going with a baby: very good with baby! We didn’t check inside but the outside is pram accessible, no stairs. Other families were there as well. There is even a changing table in the museum

A Mediterranean bistro in the Industrial Design Museum Prague. 15% discount upon the presentation of the ticket šŸŽŸ from the museum. The ambience is not very fancy, and that is the only minus of the establishment. The food was just fantastic: fresh, eye pleasing, delicious. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful to advise with choices for some names of the dishes we did not know. The best experience was the owner himself approached when we finished and asked whether everything was fine and on par with our expectations. We complemented him for excellent hospitality and promised to come again next time in town. To sum it up: if you want something fresh, healthy, and delicious in Prague after all the knedlo-vepřo and dumplings, this is a must

Hummus with chicken was too salty, so I asked for few lemon slices and they brought me a lemon juice and few pitas instead. Sweet potatoes was fine, but again ketchup was too salty and personally I believe truffle sauce will go better with them. Service was too shy and had 0 attention on me basically. The atmosphere is great though, but I suggest to educate young waiters to put more attention to their customers, and do something with tons of salt in food. Anyway I believe it could be just any highly visited place in Prague, where the place doesn’t care about anything because of the tourists.

The location of this restaurant is perfect, and the food is also amazing however for my personal preference there were too many greens on 99% of the dishes on the menu, however considering that it’s located directly in the city centre the prices were good. But the only complaint on food is that the portions of the mains were the exact same size as the kids menu. The service was horrible, first when my 15 year old son asked for the chicken schnitzel which was on the kids menu 14 under the waitress had a problem with ordering it, then she asked how old he was and he said 15 and then disrespectfully she said that he looks like he is 20 (straight up to his face without any remorse or apology). Then we waited about 15 minutes for drinks to come out, then another 30 minutes for starters and then almost about an hour for our main courses ,the server was laying out my utensils and stubbled them onto the wrong side and took really long to lay out, the people who served me specifically had really poor Czech and was hard to communicate, then finally once we finished eating the waiters passed my table 9 times whilst passing looking straight at my plate ( the restaurant was almost empty at the time ). Over all the service was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant which says allot considering I travel very often, I don’t think this service is acceptable at all for any restaurant, I personally would not go back at all, restaurants should not operate like this under any...

I’ve been coming to Turquoise since it opened a few years ago, and it’s always been one of my favorite spots in Prague. The menu has only improved after the recent renovation, and the service has always been fantastic. The waitstaff are consistently friendly and attentive – easily one of the best experiences in the city when it comes to service.

However, during our last two visits, something felt a bit off. The waiters were still doing a great job, but they seemed a bit distracted. During our most recent visit, a man who introduced himself as the manager kept coming to our table, even though he wasn’t serving us. While he was polite, he was also quite pushy about trying to sell us a bottle of wine, which we weren’t interested in. At one point, he leaned on our table while we were eating, which felt like an invasion of personal space and made us uncomfortable.

That said, the food was excellent as always, and Turquoise still feels like a special place to us. We’ll definitely be back, but we hope the experience with the manager was just a one-off.

I’m still giving it 5 stars because I know this can be improved, and we love...

Last Saturday, we got the chance to experience the catering services of Turquoise restaurant. They were in charge of providing all the food to our wedding and to be honest, we couldn’t ask for a better experience.

From start to finish, the whole crew did an excellent job. The owner, Igal was managing the entire day in the most professional manner possible. As our wedding was a bit special as it combined two nationalities, Igal build a specific menu for our needs that will hit the taste of all attendees.

He was supportive from the first day until the last, giving us solutions to our problems and providing helpful advice whenever needed. Despite the hot weather, the food was super fresh all the time and once the dancing started, Igal finished the evening with a special night snack that left everybody satisfied.

The reactions from our guests were unbelievable. Our main concern before the wedding was that we will be left with food for a month, the incredible menu Igal build took care of that without a problem.

Rating 10/10...
