Stayed 4 nights. Huge apartment (3 adults, 1 on fold out bed in lounge / dining). Lift in complex, so location up 4-5 floors no issue. Central location, metro next door and tram next block. Locked entrance to complex, about

DO NOT BOOK - FRAUDSTERS Worst customer service I have ever received from a Hotel - Absolute disregard for customer satisfaction. I booked through Booking.com and my card wasn't active so it was cancelled so I then activated my card and they processed the booking again BUT the fraudulently didn't do it through Booking.com and so my 'free' cancellation turned in to a non refundable one. My airline has now cancelled my flights so I can't visit Prague on the dates and the hotel is refusing to refund me - a whole 5 months out from my stay! They didn't tell me they had not processed my booking via Booking.com and instead did it on their private systems. They will resell the room easy as it is peak season. Absolutely disgusting...

We stayed in this apartment/room during the weekend of 10th, 11th and 12th March 2023. When we arrived (at 12.00) we found a very nice woman waiting for us. She explained about the room, the check-in and the check-out, she was very very friendly. When we opened the door we found an incredible surprise, a very big room with bed, sofa, wardrobe, table and chairs. The room is just incredibly big and has also a confortable and big bedroom with shower. The room was very clean, really one of the cleanest room I have found during my trips/vacation ... and I traveled a lot. Everything is perfect, room, cleanest, location, comfort.
