Van's Pho — Restaurant in Prague

Not Authentic, staff stared at us all the time while we were eating Did not have a good time here!

First of all, I am pure Vietnamese born in Saigon where all the whole Vietnamese cuisine is converged. My parents, one is from Central and the other from Nothern on Vietnam. The point here is that I wholly have tried most of the food all over Vietnam so I can tell the area where the food is originated in every single dish that I try even the same dish!

The reason I gave this restaurant 1 star is from the staffs' attitude not from the dish that I tried! I would rate it with 4 stars for not really authentic food but somehow acceptable for the taste. As mentioned, The staff stared and giggled at us while we were eating! That can be seen as offended and rude manner from the service...

I would not recommend this place if you are a fan of traditional Vietnamese Pho. The portion is large, but it doesn't make much sense - the broth is very weak, and the pho itself is very poor - there are few greens, onions and wheat germs (this can be seen in the photo).
