Puerto Rico Cafe & Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Prague

Our visit to Puerto Rico Cafe & Cocktail Bar was a delightful experience. Despite not having a reservation, the welcoming staff accommodated us. Initially informed about the lack of available tables, one of staff members rearranged seating to ensure we could enjoy our evening comfortably. The cocktail selection was impressive, though I personally made an error in choosing a drink that didn't align with my taste. Nevertheless, the overall quality of the cocktails was commendable. Unfortunately, we didn't explore the food menu, so I cannot comment on that aspect. Overall, I highly recommend Puerto Rico Cafe & Cocktail Bar for its inviting atmosphere, attentive service, and commendable drinks. A flexible staff that goes the extra mile truly makes this...

I visited Puerto Rico Cafe & Cocktails Bar with my friends in June. We went there on the evening of June 13th and stayed until around 1:15 a.m. on the 14th, and we absolutely loved it! The choice of drinks was huge — there was something for everyone. Our waiter was amazing — he spoke Polish, Czech, and English, and was just such a cool guy! It was really fun chatting with him, and he helped us pick the perfect drinks based on what we wanted. The atmosphere was wonderful, the prices were fair, and we were so happy to find such a nice place with available seats, since that was almost impossible at the time. I’ll definitely come back here when I visit Prague again (just like my friend is doing right now...

Staff isn’t friendly to tourists, look really annoyed. My friend got a drink with some HAIRS in it, only noticed when she almost finished it. We told the staff about the hair in the drink, they said the hairs came from outside, because we first sat there, but we ordered the drink INside and haven’t been outside since then. The staff seemed very annoyed, but took the drink off the bill. We payed, and as soon as we wanted to walk out of the bar, a male staff member called us back and spoke in Czech to a female staff member, she told us that we have put the hairs in the drink OURSELFS. TERRIBLE service and disgusting, hairy cocktails.
