I would generally not take out the time to write a negative review against a small business but this place is Dante's circles of hell all rolled into a Shawarma.

Food can be bad once in a while! The cook could be having an off day or maybe something went wrong on that particular day, it's understandable! However, what is inexcusable is the attitude - no one should expect servile behavior from waiters, that is unnecessary, but for the sake of your business at least respond when asked a question.

The guy taking orders at the counter thinks he is a rapper in a UK drill video, he will not acknowledge what you say and when asked a question will point obnoxiously without even saying something. I thought maybe it's one employee having a bad day, the entire lot has the same attitude. I asked another employee (a female this time) a question, super politely, the response is a glare and more finger pointing.

I am not sure if this behavior is specifically dished out for brown customers, but mate, you get away with such disgusting behavior ONLY if your food is amazing, which it is not. Is that how you make a Dal? For the love of god, watch a YouTube video! We are BROWN, we understand that you are getting away with murder here! There are insects hovering in the seating area, the guy at the counter can't take an order correctly, most employees have a horrible attitude, tables are given out to friends of the people working in the restaurant then not cleared out and on top of that food is sub-par.

The portions at this place are incredibly generous! 🍽️ If you don’t have a particularly big appetite, one dish is actually enough for two people. My companion originally didn’t even plan to have dinner — they had a bit too much to drink at a nearby bar — but once we stepped in and saw how good the food looked, they ended up eating too!

🐑Lamb tikka ret This is the restaurant’s signature dish — it can be translated as grilled lamb skewers, a classic Indian dish. It’s the one displayed most prominently at the counter. I thought “kebab” just meant a skewer or two of meat, but when it arrived, it was a full sizzling platter — easily 300g of meat! And not ground or minced, but chunky pieces of lamb 🐑. The meat had been marinated beforehand, full of flavor, grilled over charcoal, and still slightly pink inside, about medium well. Not spicy at all — perfect for those who don’t like spicy food.

The rice served with it came on a giant 24-inch plate 🍚 — no joke — and was topped with salad dressing and vegetables. Honestly, just this portion of carbs could count as a full dish on its own. Anyone with a normal appetite would likely struggle to finish it. The portion here even beats many Turkish restaurants.

The server also brought a small bowl of their homemade chili sauce 🌶️ on the side, which means they really cater to all kinds of diners, spicy and non-spicy alike. For Copenhagen standards, this place offers excellent value...

I came today from Germany to Copenhagen, (Denmark) with my wife and then we had a chance today to eat at Kebabish restaurant and i am very much surprised with the quality and behavior, how they are even working. Their staff is very unpolite without any manners, they are just standing talking and like they dont care for customer. I order tea for me at first and they feel like we are stupid they just give us hot water and low quality tea, my wife start vomiting after drinking one sip of tea. But the story is not ending here we ordered butter chicken and was very tasteless full of fake colors i talked to guy in th counter and he was making lame excuses, please see the picture attached you can see the color on our hands. In simple in short please dont ever go there to waste your money they are super unpolite and the food is not even 3rd class quality, its something else. The waiters have really bad behavior and they have no idea how to serve customers.
