We had a fantastic dinner at Superbon in Copenhagen Central on 1st April 2025. A group of 7 of us went together, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable meals of our trip.
We had the Superbon Menu which was served family-style—perfect for sharing and tasting a bit of everything. Right from the raw salmon with pineapple and chili to the bao with mushroom and fish cakes, every dish was full of flavour and beautifully plated. The chicken satay skewers were especially delicious, and the coconut ice cream with yuzu and lychee at the end was such a unique and refreshing dessert.
What really stood out for us was how accommodating the staff were. We had one gluten-free and two vegetarian friends in the group, and they made special dishes like the watermelon salad and a lovely tempura eggplant in red curry sauce. Everyone felt taken care of, which made the experience even better.
The ambience was lively but relaxed, the service was warm, and overall the food felt fresh, creative, and worth every krone (395 DKK per person for the main menu, plus a couple of add-ons). Highly recommend visiting Superbon if you’re in Copenhagen and want to try something flavourful and a...
Read moreSuperbon, to be honest, the service is probably at zero. On a scale of 10, I would rate it a zero. I had to ask five times for my order to be brought to me, and then another five times for the wine. However, I must admit there was one very handsome young waiter who was friendly and pleasant in his interactions with us. I should also note that the fish and crab there are very delicious, which is an important point.
That said, the rest of the staff was extremely unpleasant. When you try to catch their attention, they see you looking at them and deliberately turn away. They clearly don’t want to provide service unless someone either shouts loudly or directly walks up to them. As for the staff (excluding that one waiter), I would rate them a complete zero, or even below zero. Their attitude is absolutely...

I loved both salads and I very much appreciated both the beef/tuna carpaccio and the fried chicken leg. The salmon was the least impressive dish, but it was good enough anyway. The place was nicely decorated and well-staffed. The staff was friendly and attentive and the pacing of the dinner was good for me. Despite the fact that the restaurant was quite full, the acoustics were pretty good, probably because of the textiles on the ceiling. There was an area with arcade games - though I'm not sure if they are functional or just decorative. Overall, I think the price/quality ratio was great, and I'm very likely to come...
