Two weeks ago I had a deeply disappointing experience at Brutus. I arrived right at opening, first customer of the day, yet was refused my choice of table and given the worst seat. Minutes later, a couple without a reservation was seated where I had wanted.
No printed menu for me — only a QR code in English — while other foreign guests were given French menus. Despite telling the staff I was in a hurry for a train, my food took 35 minutes, while others who arrived much later were served and finished before me.
