Dokkebi — Restaurant in Paris

Small place, super sweet and attentive staff all trying to speak Korean or even speaking it well. The banchan are served in individual ramekins and are okay, the kimchi is lacking in the true pungent flavor, but everything tastes fresh.

We are Koreans visiting from the states and the feel in the place is like a little boonshik place, but the prices are def on the pricier restaurant side ($14-25euros per plate). We had a few solid staples which were all pretty good.

If you’re looking for a Korean restaurant in the heart of busy central Paris, you must try Dokkebi! The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable, especially compared to other Korean spots in the area that tend to be more expensive.
