It’s a lovely place, especially since they don’t serve coffee! They show customers the world of tea. As a green tea aficionado, I highly appreciate that. They also sell some refined Kyushu's from Japan or porcelain from China. I bought a special Kyushu there made by a French artisan— an impeccable art piece! However, it renders me quite sad that most teas are not re-brewed. Basically, all teas, unless they're herbal teas, can be re-brewed between 3 to 8 times, for instance, for a Pu Erh. I can imagine how this must be a lot of work for the staff, but it is such a waste of tea! Besides, the magic lies in re-brewing these Asian teas because each brewing round unfolds like a poem. It is like drinking wine. No sip ever tastes the same. To me, this is just wasteful and ignorant. It takes so much effort and care to produce these teas that overpouring them just once is almost a lack of respect for the craftsmanship that goes into its production. Yes, I think this little tea place is adorable, and I wish it long-term success, but it hurts my heart knowing how much tea is tossed and wasted because of that. I just miss the true appreciation for the cultivation of tea. Therefore, I give it only 3 stars. Besides, the staff is often...

We waited for a table walking in as a group of four at the same time as a group of two. Rather than seating the two people at a vacant table for two (that would be smart) they were put at the (vacant) table for 4 and then we were offered a long lounge (sitting 3 alongside each other) and a stool for the 4th person which protruded at the end where people walk past. A totally unrealistic option to offer people, it’s inefficiently run and I don’t think they care to...

Great specialty tea place. You can't beat the extensive selection. Fukumushi and genmaicha teas were delicious, and they teach you how to do the perfect brew on the table. The tarts are also great----our caramel hazelnut one was divine. A bit pricey overall, but expect for a specialty shop.

The tea didn’t blow me away but the staff was very friendly and attentive despite the busyness. It gets very busy in the afternoon. Better snag a seat early. There are plenty of outlets and adequate Wi-Fi for work. Overall nice environment and good vibe.

Best tea house in Strasbourg! The tea and pastries were great. The chairs were comfy and the view of the garden was a nice touch. I hope to visit this tea house again in the future! Highly recommend the raspberry cake, it was divine.
