It happened like this... This was our second time here because we really enjoyed the first time. But this visit was a bit weird, either because they were jam packed or the staff was different. So we ordered 2 chicken wanton soups which we had tried earlier and tasted delicious. We were instead served a rice noodle soup dish. When we told the server about it, he showed us his own notes of our menu and rather told us that we had ordered the rice noodle soup. Then when we made him understand that he misunderstood our order, we were made to wait for another 15 mins. After that, we were served another noodle soup with two pieces of wanton in it. The soup that we were served was not wanton soup as we have had their same soup before also. We decided this time to rather not say anything and just finish our meal and leave. It was a bit insulting and a humiliating experience. Felt like we were...

Cozy, delicious and so affordable! My husband and I walked in on a Friday night and was able to snag a table right away. The restaurant is small and you will sit close to neighboring tables but it adds to the coziness. They have the menu in German and English. Prices are super affordable and portions are shareable.

My husband and I ordered the Canh Chua Ca (€5: could be a whole meal or shared by two for a starter), squid salad (a cold salad that’s light and also shareable), crispy duck with roasted vegetable and curry sauce (€7: great portion for a main) and pho bo (~€5: a small bowl of pho but this gives you a chance to try or share other dishes). All the food was really good and portions were such a steal for the price.

The place is very cozy and unique. The wait staff is quick and works hard. The place could be easy to miss from the outside so make sure to keep your...

Upon recommandation of à city guide, we came with 4 friends of mine to have à delicious pho. We waited 30 minutes before the waitress would take our order. After 20.minutes, 3 wontons arrive for à friend. While we had 2 other starters, we didnt have them until main course arrives, 30 minutes later, all with 5 minutes in between !! They forgot my simple pho, i had to ask for it and it arrived 15 min after i ask for it. Nonetheless i wasnt hungry anymore. We arrived at 12h15 and left at 13h40 !!! That is à shame. Other tables arrived after us were servent beurre and we assisted to thé departure of 5 of thème in the time we were here. This is not normal. This is not customer care. That is à shame. Do not go here. Food is meh : in my chicken pho they were 2 veggies fighting for their life and à little bit of chicken (usually pho is beef...

Questioning the authenticity of the food within this restaurant. Ordered a couple of buns - out of pork despite only commencing dinner service. Swapped out for a beef bun. It came out piping hot, with overcooked beef, and an excessive amount of sauce already within the dish. The veggies were boiling within the dish and became quite soggy. The Vietnamese coffee hadn't come out before or when our meals were delivered. 10 minutes into eating they were brought out piping hot with one melted ice cube within. Staff advised they ran out of ice and that we had to keep waiting. Sent the drinks back. They came out a further 10 minutes later and were not worth the wait. They tasted watered down and unlike any Vietnamese ice coffee that I've ever had. They charge patrons 50 cents for tap water which is ludicrious. Wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend.

I’m curious how does this place have such a high rating, maybe different expectations or because they have lower prices? Anyways, as a Vietnamese person I don’t recommend the place if you are looking for a real vietnamese food and I’m not talking about super authentic food - just good mainstream flavoured viet food. They offer food mainly for white people - no spice, mainly rice with some meat and broccoli, zucchini, carrot mix and iceberg in everything! I also had some noodles (udon) and it was so tasteless and didnt make any sense. Chopsticks are super low quality, the wood was splinting and not to mention about how unhygienic they are. Plain and low quality wood like that soaks a lot of food and other stuff and they can’t be properly cleaned.
