I recently visited Einstein Coffee, a charming cafe that served a delightful carrot cake and a smooth and tasty cappuccino. The carrot cake was rich, sweet, and textured, with a slightly nutty flavor. It was moist and dense, with a subtle carrot flavor that was complemented by additional spices and nuts. The cappuccino was smooth and creamy, with a mild and pleasant flavor that was enjoyable to drink.

The service at Einstein Coffee was quick, with friendly and attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and able to make recommendations. The interior was pretty, with comfortable chairs that made it a cozy and inviting atmosphere. There was also outdoor seating available, which provided a view of the East Side Gallery. However, the view was sometimes obstructed by car or coach traffic, which was a minor downside.

Additionally, Einstein Coffee offered free WiFi in exchange for a quick online rating. The WiFi was reliable and fast, and the rating process was straightforward.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Einstein Coffee and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious treat and a cozy atmosphere. The carrot cake and cappuccino were both exceptional, and the service was quick and friendly. The availability of outdoor seating and free WiFi were also...

The treatment of 2 employees in this place was super rude to us. We chose a cake, maybe he heard us wrong, because he gave us the wrong one. When corrected, he suddenly switched to speaking arabic (maybe he heard us speaking in between each other) and said that one (the one we initially chose) has alcohol in it. So we were treated stereotypically because we speak arabic as if the concept of Christian Arabs or Arabs drinking alcohol is so bizarre to him😅 I told him we don’t mind alcohol but then I have decided to just go with what he decided to hand us. When I did that he became hostile and started saying aggressively in arabic: is this your final answer, it is not a game to change your mind every second, you said you don’t mind alcohol. when I showed I am annoyed, he was like I am kidding but he was obviously not kidding. His behavior was supported by another Arabic dude working with him. Needless to say, last time I step...

As usual Customer Service in Berlin is non existent. Even if you have a craving, you go there and the people serving you they make you forget about it! Around 1 year ago even if pricey and the servers were rude I always used to get the Iced Moka. Now it tasets like nothing, just ice. Out of curiosity I went to another Einstein Kaffee branch and I asked the same. There, I got a question never asked before from them "Which milk would you like?" In the Alexanderplatz Einstein Kaffe they never asked me this and never gave me the choice. Anyway the taste and the quality of the product was amazing, how it used to be at the very beginning. Excellent service, maybe because the guy was italian and actually not german, but anyway very happy. Im never gonna go back to those rude people in alexanderplatz. I prefer having a water at my...

I stop by Einstein Kaffee occasionally for mostly one reason – the Walnuss-Honig (Honey-Walnut) cake. Really, Berlin cannot boast of very good cakes to my mind, but this one is really noteworthy! However for a strange reason the waiting staff did not want to serve it the last time. When I asked if they had the cake, the answer was „no“. We asked what the light brown cake to the left top corner in the fridge was, since we couldn't see labels from our table and it was explained it is the pistachio cake. So we ordered it, but what they brought looked different, so we returned the cake to the counter and there is appeared the cake we asked for in first place was nothing else, but Walnuss-Honig cake. Weirrrd. P.S. Coffee at Einstein is up to a standard.

Immense. The Walnusstorte is simply incredible. I have never had a cake that tastes so sublime and full of flavour. Incredibly light but almost a chewy texture, almost like a macaron. And creamy sweet filling, perfectly balanced. Life changing. Only popped in for an espresso! But it was love at first sight and I know I was going to have a pivotal moment in my life. If in some catastrophic Sophie's choice event were to happen and I had to choose between my partner and this cake, it wouldn't even be a competition. We've been together nearly ten years, yet I'd trade it all for a cake. Also the coffee is pretty tasty as well. Staff are super friendly and it's a great location. Get the Walusstorte. Change your life. Could stop wars. Cake.
