All signs and the menu state 5 Euros for an 0.5l Red Bull bubble tea. When I ordered it, the guy at the counter told me it's 8.50, though. Who even does that???) Then he gave me a business card and told me to call the manager and take it up with him. I tried calling, but the phone number on the business card (and bubble tea cups) doesn't exist. I then asked him why the higher price isn't mentioned anywhere. Instead of answering my question, he started behaving threateningly towards me, then started ignoring me completely. The bubble tea itself is mediocre quality. The inside of the bobas is slimy, which I've never experienced in a bubble tea before. I'd give 0 stars for service and atmosphere if that was possible.

This boba place was a real delight. The guy doesn’t make it too sweet (as we like it) so if you want it on the sweet side maybe ask for it (I would compare it to 50% sweetness at other places). Taste wise nothing to complain, on the contrary! And the guy behind the counter was really nice too. All in all, especially with the low prices, this is a 5/5 for me.

Vielleicht ist der Besitzer vom Laden gewechselt, weil meine Erfahrung, die ich heute hier gemacht habe, entspricht genau das komplett Gegenteil, was es so beschrieben wird... Ich trinke sehr gerne Bubbletea, und kenne fast alle Läden, die Bubbletea haben. Meistens schmecken die Bubbleteas überall fast gleich. Aber in manchen Läden bin ich sehr oft mit Service nicht zufrieden gewesen. Hier die Frau am Tresen war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, und ich konnte alles bestellen, was ich wollte. Sogar hatte ich ein Entscheidungsproblem getroffen, weil da einfach so viele Geschmäcker waren, und die Frau war sehr geduldig und hat mir am Ende leckere Mischung empfohlen. Das hat auch noch dazu super geschmeckt! Einfach mega Erfahrung, die ich gar nicht erwartete. Definitiv der beste Bubbletea Laden mit Abstand! 한국 리뷰들도 보이길래 한국어로도 써봐요... 버블티 맛 없다고 많이들 쓰셨는데 오늘 다녀온 바로는 정말 친절하고 타피오카펄도 너무 쫄깃하니 맛있었어요. 아마 주인이 바뀐듯 한게 얼마전에 막 공사하고 있어서 못마셨는데 오늘 와서 마셔 보니까 정말 괜찮았어요. 정말 추천합니다!

I am appalled by the shockingly rude service I received. From the moment I walked in, the server (long-haired dude)constantly interrupted me while I was trying to place my order. This wasn't just once or twice—he wouldn't let me complete a single sentence!

To make matters worse, he had the audacity to flap the menu right in my face, almost like he was trying to swat a fly. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful.

What made me leave the place is when he was called out for it and wasn't apologetic at all.

I expect a level of professionalism and courtesy when I go out for a simple drink, and this encounter was far from that. If you value your dignity and enjoy a peaceful ordering experience, I strongly advise avoiding this place until they train their...

As an extreme bubbletea enjoyer and someone who lives pretty nearby + visits this place frequently, I can confirm that this is the best place to buy bubbletea from! Whenever I go out I stop right here to be served the best, inexpensive bubbletea by the nicest employees and I always have a fun experience :) STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! I keep recommending this to all of my friends - Alexanderplatz = BUBBLE BÄR for me :) sad to only give 5 stars here, this place deserves 100 +shoutout to that tall employee he is very cool i always take a blueberry (or cherry) greentea with lemon toppings you...
