I was in supermax in Dublin for first time to compare its burger with other shops. I can not give them even 1 star it's unbeleiveable. When they gave me the meal I was shocked and thought its kid meal. First of all the burger sandwich itself was like palm size with no tomato lettuce or pickle while in menue they had different picture. They didn't even include ketchup sauce which was quite strange. Then i had to ask seperately. Secondly table was dirty and I had to return the tray and leftover back. And finally burger taste was awful. It was absolutely nothing and it is not worth even trying once. I strongly recommend you don't order anything

First time here but the food was incredible. Only ordered from Supermacs but everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant itself was very clean and there was additional seating upstairs, which was good as it seems to be a very popular location. That being said, we were served very quickly and didn't have to wait long to be handed our food. Would definitely go back again.

I wanted to try the local fast food joint and see how it compares to the big boys, I was sadly dissapointed. The chicken burger was piping hot, nearly burned my throat. The loaded fries were just drenched in sauce and cheese, way too much and not well mixed. Worst part was that it was very expensive for such an establishment, will definitely not return.

Friday 29th March, approximately 10pm went here and ordered for myself and a friend, server was yelling numbers for people to collect, we got ours. The server yelled our number with only a muffin from our entire order there. Server continued to yell aggressively at my friend despite us asking where the rest if our order was, I got irritated and told her I'd wait for the rest of my order and told her several times to stop shouting at her customers. She came out from the counter to tell me I was rude, still shouting instead of apologising or admitting she left out half our order. She then tried to tell me my friend couldn't understand her and thats why she was shouting before attempting to justify herself by calling other customers drunk. She still forgot side orders after returning the same muffin to me along with my friends nuggets. Never had to pay for such disgusting treatment, I work in service also and I would never insult my customers. Will not be returning due the disgracefully rude woman serving. Only hope management consider better the personalities they pay to represent the company. Very intimidating after paying, getting no receipt and after only finishing work myself, to have a server come at me from behind the counter when she was in the wrong.

On the plus side she wasn't so aggressive to others after and I think I even heard her say please...

Poor poor atmosphere. Dull and not very attractive first glance. Tables were filthy to the point you wouldn't even touch them without disifecting fingers. I had to get up out of my own seat to get disinfect spray and a cloth to clean the table down my self. Very poor service as only two were working. But one so called manager wasn't even helping out for the most part was the poor young girl covering his lazy ass while he sat in the back probably eating food and scratching his arse. Will never go back as the toliets were like something you would use in a prison as I am guessing. Bright blue lights filled the toliets and the walls and floor were white and dirty something you would see in a horror movies. All to sum this up. Very very bad first experience and will not try...

A different Irish specialty, but still a worth a try when in Dublin.

It was the first fast food chains with an Irish origin. Starting from Galway they are now spreading across the country.

It is like an amalgamation of all fast food chains, because you can buy hamburgers with beef and chicken patties, several types of fries, and various spare parts of chicken.

Also the people having lent are not remaining hungry, because a few fish and vegetarian options are also available.

As an extra, you can buy Papa John's pizza as well.

For me, as a Hungarian it makes me remember the City Grill fast food chain, which was an attempt during the end of socialist era to create something similar like the Western fast food chains. City Grill disappeared, but Supermac's is...
