I learned that I have to fully read the description before I book for the hotel next time. The room I book is not included air conditioning and we are toasted in the room. I thought I spent extra bucks for the 4 stars hotel and I can have a good sleep and rest but we both wake up in sweat. At night time, there I only one doorman for the whole hotel and has no one else. I felt bad for the elderly who has to answer the door and answer the phone calls at the reception, and go into the room and has no clue what is in the room. I expected to have at least air conditioning, slippers, hair conditioning… but non of these are available for the room I booked. Spending for about USD$400 and euro €350 for two nights, only breakfast is included. The location is not the greatest. I find myself spending more time exploring at across the bridge/river, if I would have visit again, I will find somewhere at the opposite site. By the way, the shower room is awful. The shower door can’t be sealed and I find myself sticking to the wall while shower as I don’t want the water flooded the bathroom. Well. All in all, very interesting keys, you have to leave your key at the reception, everytime you leave the room. Door gate close at 11pm and ring the door bell and someone will let you go into the hotel. The sink has two different temp water pipe hot and cold, but I wouldn’t use the sink for the moldy sink.

AVOID ROOM 128. First the good…good location, clean room, robes. Room 128 was designed for wheelchair guests. There are no hangars or place to hang anything. There are no hooks of any sort for a towel or clothing. The hotel places the towels and robes on a towel warming rack not near the shower. There are no luggage racks or place to put your luggage, so luggage must be placed on the floor. The bed is pushed against the wall on one side and if two people share the room, one of the suitcases must be placed at the end of the bed between the bed and the window leaving only one way out of the bed for the person sleeping closest to the wall. There is no power outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer and the closest outlet to the mirror in the room is about 5 feet away. There is no counter space at all in the bathroom and the sink ledge is narrow. There are two sinks for some reason and one of them is very small, also no ledge at all. All of this paled in comparison to when we opened the curtain on the room to see the view..it was a ledge filled with garbage (yes, from this hotel) and old toilet seats. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, yes, this is normal and sorry if it bothered us. What the heck? Oh, I forgot to mention it was $400 a night for this view. AVOID.

First off, we're a very well travelled couple in our 60s. We rarely complain unless necessary. Wynn's Hotel Spanish girl on reception absolutely lovely. As for the rest of the hotel... Overpriced. Location and breakfast are the only two good things about this hotel. Inaccurate descriptions of the rooms. Didn't get what we were promised. No fridge. No desk. No coffee machine (kettle and sachets of coffee) Don't choose a room at the front, the view is of a dirty old town, and the noise from the street is horrendous despite "triple glazing". On that matter we had to block up a cold draft coming through the frame.. And the blackout blinds are useless when they're 15cms away from the window..had to tape the blinds to the frame to make it as good as the pic. sleeping on the bed was like sleeping on the pavement, Far too hard. Noise from other people's showers was louder than the tv. Asked for room change... Got a downgrade. Won't be returning. Wynn's : sort out your descriptions on your website and other sites.

Built in 1845, Wynn's hotel has been standing for over 150 years. They have long prided themselves on their good service, punctuality, and history.

I have traveled to ten countries now, and have hiked extensively in two continents. I usually stay in Airbnb establishments for the prices and the community of travelers, but since I went on a trip with a tour group of singers from the United States, I went with what the tour group signed on for.

I had room 253, a four star double room that contained a queen and a double, and stayed with a friend on the trip for two nights. The prices are moderate, and you get what you pay for.

The room overlooked the busy Abbey Street in the center of town, and was about a fifteen minute walk from several major attractions. You will always have something to do and exercise to achieve.

They offer a full continental breakfast and Irish breakfast every morning incurred with the facility cost, and offer a full range of options from a full Irish Breakfast to a Vegetarian Scramble. You are also no more than a five minute walk from many local restaurants and bars that all offer cheap to moderately priced meals.

The housekeepers and kitchen staff all prided themselves on creative and prompt service. For instance, I accidentally poured tea into my cup, expecting coffee, and they walked by and offered me an entirely new cup. The maids made the bed fresh every day, deep cleaned the room, and dropped off new toiletries, even though we still had some left over from the prior night. The front desk attendants provided a wealth of information on things to do in the area, and made sure our room keys were kept safe when we left the facility.

There are several amenities offered in the hotel, including a pool and a bar. Trinity College and the Christ Church are two major attractions that were only a 20 minute walk or so away.

Although the toiletries werent top quality, they were functional and well worth the extra. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of sheets to keep warm with and the television had about thirteen channels in four languages.

Overall, staying at the Wynn's hotel was a great experience. I recommend it to anyone who is keeping up on city...

Wynns is without a doubt, the best hotel in Dublin! Me and my mam have been regulars here for years now and our stay this time was the best one yet. (all of our stays have been amazing though.) All of the staff who we had not seen in a while remembered us which was lovely. They're all extremely kind, attentive and lovely, especially the lady on reception, the gentleman serving breakfast, and the lady and gentlemen who work in the bar in the evenings. Before staying I noted a gluten free breakfast on the request and the gentleman at breakfast made sure that gluten free sausages were available for my mam for the duration of our stay which was amazing, as this is a really rare treat for her. Overall, the gluten free options are amazing and the staff are very knowledgeable on the allergy which is so reassuring. We ate every night in the hotel because the food is gorgeous and the atmosphere of the bar cannot be beaten. It's so cosy, not too noisy and you feel as comfortable as you would in your own living room. It was so nice when the staff remembered us and we couldn't get over how well we were treated by them. We treated ourselves to a superior twin this time and it was amazing, so comfortable with a Jacuzzi bath! The rooms are beautifully decorated and have so much character that many chain hotels lack. The beds are also insanely comfortable. We really did just have the most amazing stay ever, which after covid, was very needed. We are so thankful to everyone in wynns for treating us so well and we will be back again in a few months and cannot wait! If you stay anywhere, it has...

Very disappointed on arrival everything seemed OK room was small but we were not that fussed as wouldn't really be in the room much we were in room 386 which lead out towards the back alley terrible view. First trip away since 2019 abroad and we were looking forward to a nice lie in as one night away from children. However this did not happen my partner was woken by the tram and noise from the back alley. Then I was awaken by workmen in the hotel around 6am my partner went down to reception at 7.20am to be told by male manager he would have a look at our bill and as we needed to rest so wouldn't make breakfast so would be reimbursed for that also!! We were offered an extra 2 hours check out but were not advised this would be charged as part of compensation. However we still had no sleep as the drilling hammering banging sounded like it was coming through the room the floor below us had a full renovation and building work taken place we were never advised this prior to arrival had we know we would never have booked. Totally spoilt our experience and the lady on checkout was rude and had no remorse all she said that worked didn't start till 8am which was a total lie as partner had already been down to complain at 7.20am and they had been gping from 6am. All we were given was the later checkout and money back for breakfast that we missed. I would not recommend staying here. Location was good shame we had no sleep due to building being renovated!!! Totally spoilt our trip wouldn't advise...
