Exceptional Service at W Hotel Osaka: A Shining Review for Kyoka
Two days ago, my mother and I had the pleasure of dining at the W Hotel in Osaka, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Kyoka in the restaurant.
As a Titanium member of Marriott Bonvoy, I have high expectations for hotel experiences, and W Hotel Osaka exceeded them in every aspect. The hotel, only three years old, exuded a sense of freshness and modernity that was truly impressive.
Our dining experience was elevated by the delightful creme brulee, which was so exquisite that we couldn’t resist indulging in a second round. However, what truly set our experience apart was the impeccable service delivered by Kyoka.
Although our conversation with Kyoka began as a simple inquiry about our trip to Kyoto, her dedication and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction left a lasting impression. Despite not having direct knowledge of the details, Kyoka went above and beyond to gather the necessary information for our journey, displaying a level of determination and professionalism that was truly commendable.
Kyoka’s kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist us were a blessing, and her genuine warmth made our interaction with her all the more memorable. Meeting someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the well-being of guests is a rarity, and Kyoka exemplified the epitome of excellent service.
I have already begun planning a return trip to Osaka, and I have made it clear to my husband that we must stay at the W Hotel again, solely based on the exceptional service provided by Kyoka. She is a true asset to the hotel, and her dedication to ensuring the satisfaction of guests like myself deserves recognition and praise.
In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of Kyoka and the exemplary service she provided. Our experience at W Hotel Osaka was made unforgettable by her kindness and professionalism, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and enjoy her exceptional service once again.

Read moreWe had the pleasure of daily breakfast at Oh.lala during our stay here, as well as a weekend lunch. I thought the breakfast buffet was very intentional and well executed. The selection appeared to be curated with thought and intentionality. It did not feel like a typical hotel breakfast buffet with lots of items but mediocre quality. Rather the selection was smaller and emphasized quality and flavor over quantity. The Japanese food section was wonderful. They also served ramen, takoyaki, onigiri, and other options. The fruit and pastry spread was also pretty good in quality. The only one thing I might have wished more of was perhaps a couple more protein options eg chicken or beef. Staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Additionally, I had the opportunity to meet the Executive Sous Chef (Mr Hayami) as well as one of the Supervisors (Jim Zhan). Both came across as superb ambassadors...
Read moreI had a very pleasant experience dining in this cafe for a simple birthday dinner. The interior design, overall ambiance, and very hospitable staff make this place a winner. I liked that the staff initiated conversations in English knowing I am a foreigner. They also gave us a very nice table, a small complimentary cake with a birthday greeting after our meal, and a 10 percent discount as it was our first time there. They offered to take pictures of me and my friend; however, the picture quality may not be very good during the evening time because of the dim lightning. But if you’re into an intimate romantic dinner, this place would be perfect. I highly recommend the place and would certainly...
