We stumbled upon this little gem on our first day in Japan while looking for a matcha latte late in the afternoon. The owner and staff welcomed us so warmly and took the time to passionately explain their matcha products, helping us choose the perfect one.

We loved it so much that we returned the next day for their gelato — and wow, what an experience! The owner was incredibly sweet and let us try several flavours before choosing. Each one was absolutely delicious.

We even came back a third time to buy matcha powder to take home. Again, the staff kindly showed us how to prepare it the traditional way, step by step.

Incredible matcha place. So many options to choose from including a range of matchas and hojichas. You can choose between 3 different matcha powders with special features to suit to your taste. There was also amazing ice cream which could be consumed seperately or on top of the matcha which was very unique! There was a huge range of matcha , hojicha, roasted green tea ice, and a milk ice cream option. The milk ice cream was delicious, and the vegan uji matcha ice cream was just as good as the original. The matcha is prepared right in front of you with a lovely demonstration, and the final result looks fantastic! The service is great....

The different intensity levels of the matcha gelato drew me here, but the warmth and hospitality made me buy both a latte and gelato for my friend and I! The owner and staff member were very kind and knowledgeable, explaining what they had and even offering us a sweet treat.
