The Lady coordinating the line had a Boss-like attitude, she rocked the coordination in different language, managed to help tourists at the vending machine, did the customer seat placement and even went behind the counter to give the okonomiyaki the finish touch with sauce and served them to the customers. Very easy to figure out though, and the staff if extremely friendly and helpful to non Japanese speakers! Would definitely recommend trying this place if you are in the area. They will even let you park your luggage at the front of restaurant area while you...
