Sushi is a Japanese food that combines vinegared rice with fresh fish and vegetables.

Nigiri sushi is a typical example of sushi, but there are various types of sushi.

Sushi is often served with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce.

Sushi is arranged in various styles and is eaten by many people all over the world.

The origin of sushi is “Nare Zushi”, a food made by lactic acid fermentation of fish with salt and rice.

In the Edo period, vinegar became widespread, and sushi that did not need to be fermented began to be made.

After that, Nigiri sushi was invented, and the variety of sushi has increased as it is today.

In the Meiji era, when refrigerators became widespread, the variety of sushi topping became richer, and sushi that was larger than it is now is about the same size as...

Walked in and was able to get a table without reservation, local people were sat in and making to-go orders, so it seemed a safe bet. Staff were very friendly and provided us with an English menu, and took our order personally (without us using the table order form).

This is possibly coming from a limited Western pallet, but I found the sushi to be delicious. It tasted fresh and the selection was varied. We also enjoyed a draft beer and shoju sour cocktail, both very refreshing. No issue paying with foreign credit card/visa.

Experiencia lamentable.

Gostei bastante! Preço honesto por pessoa!
