The environment is also just as unique, and more culturally suited to the dishes they sell, being floor mats with pillows to sit down. The staff, although do not speak English, were very accommodating to my changing orders because I misread a menu item, and are quick to serve us our drinks and dishes in a timely manner. The only downside is that it's cash only, and the room gets very humid fast with little to no airway besides the entrance. I would come back for the yakisoba. I think the okonomiyaki is mediocre.
This is the cooking steps i would personally recommend if you have the same taste pallet as me.
Yakisoba (i prefer my cabbage soft than hard) Take the meat aside Cook the vegetables first Add soy sauce to the veges Cook for about 2-3 minutes Add the meat Add the noodles Add the Worcestershire sauce Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes If u leave it for about 5 minutes, you’ll get smoky taste!
