I was informed that the shop had already closed, and even services like Shisha (Hookah) were no longer available. This was both surprising and frustrating, as your operating hours are officially stated to extend until 2:00 AM.

This was a real incident—no fabricated story. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to prematurely close without proper communication or notice to customers who have already entered the premises. Such inconsistency in service not only creates confusion but also leaves a negative impression on your patrons.
