The BRGR - Georgetown Penang — Restaurant in George Town

I normally dont have plenty of time to write a review, especially a bad one. I have visited their place because of the " WOW " advertisement of their buffet burger at RM45 per person. (I shouldve check their review before coming here tho 😂) The burger ? was a disspointment. it feels like a total scam ? We should enjoy the buffet however it was baddd badd ? all the food was totally so dry, and the pasta that was inclusive with the buffet, tastes awful ! even my younger sister can cook better 😂 aglio olio ? why do u even name that when all i can taste is just oil and some chilis with three slices of sausage ? 😂 for RM45 ? such a waste of money i swear. coming back ? never !! the staff, was okay. However, it kinda pissed me off when she asked us to sit to the table which she assisgned us to, just because the table at the other side cannot be seen by themm. talking if we would ever not following the TNC and such ? i dont get it 😂 let me sit wherever i want bro. all the food was suprisingly dry, so i requested them if i can have their cheese sauce to be served on side. the lady firstly said no, unless we ordered their cheesy platter. after looking and my unsatisfaction and unhappiness, then only she give it to us. the service ? their " buffet " is made for you to order at the counter and needs to be picked up when your order is ready. i dont know ? im not happy with it ?? 😂 i think the TNC is actually acceptable, its just that I am so pissed with their food that makes me so mad and angry 😂😂 if u feels like eating burgers, go eat...

at first i came to order soft shell crab then the cashier said finish then i ask her all burgers finish ? How ? do you had any promotion today ? Since tomorrow is merdeka day then she said yes all i ask how she replied me with pointing fingers to others customer “ ramai la “ then i turn back and had 1 group customer came to order i heard they order the burger then i queue back to order i ask her is it only soft shell crab finish or all finish ? She reply me only shell crab and fish burger something i forgot the name then i said “ I thought u said all finish “ she replied no I don’t said that then I proceeded the payment by card but my card cannot wave I said “ y “ I meant y cannot wave it’s my card got any problem or she didn’t put correct amount la like that la then she said “ I don’t know why cannot this not my problem “ how dare ? Are u racism? Cus I saw she treated others customer Indian very well . She’s a Chinese woman wearing spec And also why brgr portion now small ? And the cheese not banjir like usually really...

Overall: A very good patty let down by everything else.

Food: The Australian beef patty was good. Clearly homemade (bit of bone in mine and I could hear the guy pounding it) soft and with some flavour. The rest of the burger was a bit sad. Lightly buttered bun, processed cheese and a leaf of lettuce. Like a classy girl with bad friends, the patty didn't live up to its bun. Their other options look good, so maybe they are more fun. Drinks: From the machine. In a paper cup. Veggie friendly: No. Come on guys it's 2022... Price: RM 30 for a double burger, curly fries and coke. Very average. Service: um... My order was called and I went to collect it. Not much else in the way of service. Atmosphere: Fast food. Wipe clean wood tables, concrete bench, laminated menus, plastic gloves to eat with. Could be any anonymous burger place. Forgettable. Amenities: close the door? Why run the aircon and keep the door open? You throw money away and damage the environment.
