I need to eat gluten free (celiac) and will in the following comment on my experience regrading this dietary requirement.
In short: They took my request very seriously, food is delicious and I can highly recommend it!
In detail: They have a small menu (which I like) with gluten-free items not being marked. I thus consulted the waiter on which dish is gluten free. He carefully read my Malay gf card, took a photo of it, went to the kitchen and came back with a list of dishes I can eat. I liked very much that he pointed out that I cannot eat the sweet potato french fries due to potential cross-contamination by the oil used for frying. After I asked about the ingredients of the pesto accompanying my chosen main dish, a chef came to the table and named all ingredient. They make the pesto themselves (no gluten and no ingredients Italians would not accept). When receiving the main dish, I was reassured, that they have been using separate/cleaned equipment for preparing my dish.
