Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at East & West Rendezvous. The service was incredibly slow and the staff had a terrible attitude towards me and my group. The staff seem disinterested in serving us.
Our server made inappropriate comments while we were eating, which made us feel uncomfortable and ruined the meal. When we finally asked for the bill, she was extremely rude and didn't even bother to properly point out where we could scan to pay.
To make matters worse, the food was overpriced and did not meet our expectations. The portions were small and lacked flavor, and we ended up feeling unsatisfied with the overall dining experience.
Overall, I would not recommend East & West Rendezvous to anyone looking for good service or value for their money. The staff's bad attitude, slow service, and overpriced food made for an incredibly disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a better...

Sure - we called them and daughter apologised for the oversight and refunded us. Seriously?!!! We donāt mind paying for good stuff, even if itās more expensive than Singaporeās best. But we donāt buy low integrity nor hassle loaded experience. Will not patronise this...
