Great location! Comfortable bed, clean bed sheet, room and common areas are very clean too. The shared bathrooms are clean too.

All room keys come with a tag where you can open the main entrance in case you are home late 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Friendly staff! There is pantry area to refill drinking water and in case you want a cup of coffee, can get it there. Middle of the hall is a very nice little ponds with huge koi fish 😍

Our rooms is triple = 3 single bed. Located at ground floor. There is one hanger stand and a coffee table. Air con very cold 🤭🤭🤭

Car park is a challenge, you may drive to entrance to drop luggage then go around to see where to park your car. 😊

The only challenge for all the guesthouses is sound proof but we find it still ok as everyone also tried to speak softly but still can hear 😂😂😂 for us at ground floor, we have to bear the noise from the footsteps of guests staying at upper floor. But once everyone in bed, we are all good. Slept very well till the next morning.

Don’t mind to come here to stay again next time 🤭 book directly with guesthouse could be cheaper compare to other online site oh 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I would rate a 5 star based on my personal experience but take into consideration the below:

The building has wooden floorboards which are really loud when you step on them. If you get a room on the bottom floor I think this might keep you up. Luckily I was on the top floor.

The walls are really thin so if someone is speaking loudly you can hear this. Also the street has tuk tuk’s driving past with loud music on late at night. This didn’t bother me as I have a white noise machine which drowned this out but if you are a light sleeper you will...
