Very cute place that is also a shop! My friend had a pastel de nata which looked and if I can believe her was quite tasty. I suppose we arrived at a busy time because tables were not getting cleaned, I decided to help by taking the tray of the previous guests to the counter. Don't blame them for struggling a little during peak hours, that is only natural. I was looking forward to try their homemade ice tea recipe but sadly they were out. I ended up with a nice pear juice instead. Maybe I will stop by another time to see if they have that ice tea next...
Read moreA very cozy place, kind staff. They offer alternative milks (oatmilk as well) and the cappucino we had was really good. There are 3 different cup sizes so you can chose how big coffee you want to drink. We had the best chocholate croissant in the city which is baked there. The place was full when we arrived there (on a rainy day) but we only had to wait a very short time to sit down. Then when you finally place your order, pay (even tip, out of courtesy), get your drink and you sit down to get your tablet out to send an email.... That is the moment tell you it is only allowed to sit with a laptop or tablet at 'the big table'. Which of course is fully occupied as it is not such a big table.
A simple sign at the entrance would avoid any confusion. Or maybe the barista's could interact with their clients.... ...
