This is hands down the best spot in Amsterdam for cookies and stroopwafels. Their chocolate chip cookies are the definition of perfection—sweet but not overly so, golden, full of flavor, and incredibly addictive. My husband and I loved them so much that during our three-day visit, we bought them daily and even brought home a box of eight!

Their warm stroopwafels are equally amazing, and I’m not usually a stroopwafel fan. Perfectly golden, with caramel that’s just the right level of sweetness, they were irresistible. My favorite was the warm cookie crunch stroopwafel—it was absolutely delicious.
