10 out of 5 to say the absolute least. This place was recommended by Florent, one of the bartendersand he had every reason to do so. Not only did we have a great welcome by Julien and the hostesses (forgot their names I apologize), but our waitress, Precious, definitely made our dining experience extra special. I'd like to think we were lucky enough to have many of the the team members bring plates to our table. The teamwork really stood out. We were easily able to notice the healthy and fun vibe between the team members and honestly, it made ALL the difference. The harmony between them as colleagues makes this place roll so smoothly. Everything seemed to fall into place to gracefully and so naturally as a whole. From a customer point a view, it's definitely a detail that goes a long way. I'd also like to point out the sommelier, Mat. He is your guy. He knows his job and loves it. If you dont know what you want he's an excellent source. He knows exactly what you'll need. And as a plus, he's got a fantastic sense of humor! Thank you Mat for the laughs and the discoveries :)
Lastly, the menu is the perfect combination of fine and festive dining. Everything is so balanced. We had about 3/4 of the entire menu and every single dish had that kick that brings it to the next level. So much thought and work has been put in to this menu. Thank you chef and the entire kitchen crew. Everything was prepared and served within no time - very impressive! DON'T MISS OUT ON THE CHEESECAKE! (You can kiss every other cheesecake goodbye. It's really something).
All in all, it's safe to say The Siren was more than a good experience. The staff, the bar and the restaurant all together are 12/10. Its prime location in the center and right next to the metro make it even better. The interior definitely has a lot going on but it all makes sense put together. It was an unforgettable night with my spouse and my in-laws and I strongly recommend this address for anyone looking for a good time, both for drinks and dinner. We can't thank you enough! I hope this well deserved review has earned everyone an end of shift drink ;)
Thanks a million team! Will absolutely be...

The epitome of Japanese–Mediterranean fine dining in the heart of the city.
From the very first moment, everything about this restaurant exudes exclusivity, sophistication, and flawless service.
🥂 We started with a selection of salmon, hamachi, oysters, and tuna, paired with a refreshing Greek-style tomato and onion salad. Each bite showcased outstanding freshness, perfect balance, and refined culinary technique.
🍝 The highlight of the evening was the Lobster Linguine – a true culinary masterpiece. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the lobster was bursting with flavor, capturing the very essence of Mediterranean cuisine.
🥩 We also enjoyed Rib Eye and Wagyu, both cooked with precision and presented elegantly. Each cut offered exceptional texture and umami-rich flavor, reminiscent of the finest Japanese steakhouses.
🍰 To end the evening on a sweet note, we had the baked Basque cheesecake of the day. As a pastry chef myself, I can confidently say the recipe is flawless – with a silky, creamy center and a perfectly balanced flavor.
🌊 The ambiance is simply magical – marble tables, ocean-inspired details, and an impressive wine cellar create the feeling of dining under the sea.
🍾 The exceptional wine and cava selection, guided by a knowledgeable sommelier, elevates the entire dining experience.
🔝 The Siren Amsterdam is not just a restaurant – it is a world-class fine dining experience, where every dish reflects passion, technique, and respect for premium ingredients. Truly worthy of a...
Read moreVery beautiful and spectacular new restaurant. Good vibe and interesting crowd. We got seated when the restaurant was not even half full. Still it took the staff a while to even get us a drink. Cocktails took about 15 minutes while restaurant is almost empty. We got seated a a higher table in a corner. The chairs where quite uncomfortable and my friend asked us to switch to a ‘normal’ table. During the evening we saw two other couples also sit at these high chairs and also asking for a different table. I can not imagine anyone wants to sit 2-3 hours on these. The food arrived. Octopus carpachio was very nice and tasty. Also ordered tuna but received a burrata salad. The staff was little bit all over the place so I decided to let it be. First time this ever happened to me to get a complete different dish served. For main course we had the seabass which is cleaned at the table. The presentation after cleaning is not very attractive, a pile of fish and still many bones. Taste was good however. Pity that our side dish (aspergus) arrived 15 minutes before the fish. So we finished those way ahead. We decided to try a desert and got Tiramisu. Presentation was not very nice ( maybe that’s why it’s called deconstructed tiramisu) but taste was very poor. Mascarpone tasted sour..almost gone off, ladyfingers tasted watery instead of a nice coffee taste. We returned it after a few bites. Overall the restaurant looks awesome but has lot to improve on service, timing and...
