This place does not even deserve a review with a star ...

"I recently endured a harrowing experience at this establishment after a demanding 16-hour shift as a nurse.

Expecting a comforting meal, I was met instead with a nightmare.

The lady staff member see photo belos who attended to me displayed an appalling lack of professionalism and courtesy.

She not only served me the wrong order but also had the audacity to snatch the plate of food right from under me, accusing me of the mistake. Demanding me to pay more and asking me to leave!

Despite my reasonable explanations, she adamantly refused to correct the error or refund my payment!

I felt harrassed and ROBBED effectively of both my money and my meal.

Her colleague attempted to offer the correct order was abruptly thwarted by her aggressive intervention as soon as he tried to hand me the correct order she snatched it and said you dont get food here! Even when I said I had paid for food and the mistake was hers!

I also noticed that in the brief encounter I had with the food it was deeply unsatisfactory, as it was undercooked with raw meat.

That night I left the venue not just very tired, famished and out of pocket, but also in a state of shock over the atrocious service and utter disrespect.

I strongly urge potential customers to avoid this establishment at all costs. The experience was not just disappointing but a blatant disregard for basic customer service and human decency." See the ladys...

Actually the pizza is delicious, but today I got an unexpected service. The lady (I don't know, I think she is the owner) was rude to me. She acted like she didn't want me to be at her restaurant. I have stand in front of cashier to order and pay but she just passed in front of me after serving another customer. Then, a waitress asked me, suddenly the lady talked in Turkish (maybe) behind the waitress. The waitress said you have to wait 10 minutes if you want to buy pizza, I said that's okay. After waiting, the lady shouted "chicken pizza" and straight after that she said loudly "excuse me", actually I've started to stand to pick up the pizza, I don't know why she had to be that rude since the beginning.. was she looking at my appearance and thought that I can't buy the pizza or because I wear a head scarf or what? I can't understand, this has been my favourite pizza and my husband used to buy me this pizza. Today was the first time I bought this pizza by myself...

If you're looking for good Turkish food in Auckland, this is probably the last place you should go. The servers are liars and scammers. The board hanging on top of their place does not reflect the true prices of their food, The food quality turned my stomach and they didn't even bother saying that "the price is different for whatever reason" until AFTER I paid. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never going there again. What a waste of money and on such poor service. I asked them to put the ketchup on the side yet they poured it all over the chips making them soggy and gross. The meat was quite raw and disgusting. In addition to the above, the servers/owners are so rude and have such a bad attitude when talking to customers. The whole experience makes you feel uncomfortable like you can't wait to leave. At least have the decency to show respect to people...
