Never have I met with such poor customer service. The staff are truculent and disrespectful toward clients. I've met more civilised dogs, I swear you. When we came in and they told us the price, they didn't even give us the opportunity to think about it, but kept screaming on us, in quite a violent manner, that we had to decide quickly (we had been there for hardly 10 seconds, I swear). When I told the staff that we had just come by and hadn't got lightning thought, they just opened the door for me and demanded that I left, which I gladly accepted. Never ever returning. Believe me: there are a lot of other nightclubs in Cusco that deserve your money much more than this one does (and that are waay cheaper). I came here with my group of friends ready for a good night out but I was greeted with extreme aggression because I had a bottle of water in my bag. The bouncers decided to call me a ‘motherf$&@er’ and told me to go back to my hotel all because I had a bottle of water in my bag. It is my second time that I visit Cusco, and it is the worst place that I have gone for a drink, the attention of the doorman was terrible, they charged me to enter only in cash saying that they did not accept card as another form of payment, the cocktails were fatal, The attention of the waiters was the worst.
