I recently visited this branch in Boracay and was disappointed by the service. Despite the restaurant’s appealing ambiance and menu, the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive.
My experience began with the front counter, where Jessa Atadero took my order. She promised it would only take 7-10 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 23 minutes. Unfortunately, Jessa didn’t exhibit much warmth during our interaction, which added to my frustration.
