Beher Lisbon was one of the culinary highlights of our trip! The food, wine, and service were all outstanding. We loved it so much that we went twice during our stay in Lisbon—and would have gone again if we had more time!
The “5 Ibéricos Flavors” dish is an absolute must-try—perfectly curated and full of rich, savory flavors that showcase the best of Iberian ham. We also loved the “3 Charcuterie Org” and the olives, which made for a perfect start to the meal.
The wine recommendations were spot-on both times. We especially enjoyed the Papa Figo and Cartuxa Vinho Tinto—both paired beautifully with the food and introduced us to some incredible Portuguese wines we hadn’t tried before.
The service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The staff made us feel so welcome and clearly take pride in offering a top-notch experience. I visited with my daughter and we were both incredibly impressed.

We tried the fried eggs with acorn fed ham and the fried egg with marinated loin, along with some orange juice. To start with, the orange juice was so tasty! High recommend. The ham melts in your mouth; it has so much flavor, and the oil from the meat adds to the perfect texture. The marinated loin was super flavorful. I don't know what they marinate with, but I could have licked the bowl! Both dishes came with fries and, not surprisingly, they were also delicious. If you have the option, definitely check...

The filling has a taste of ham and probably mixed with mash potato. What can go wrong with mash potato and cured ham together. It is like made in heaven. The aged cheese is lighter than Parma cheese but stich rich in flavor. ....... ok you need a glass of fruity red wine to compliment the ham. This is...
